Rose City Gem - Central, Relaxing, and Fully Stocked

Welcome to our hidden gem in Tyler, Texas! Southern charm, artistic flair, and modern amenities merge in our three-bedroom, two-bath home. Our spacious and thoughtfully designed interior, open-concept living area, and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for gatherings, playing games, whipping up delicious meals, or simply sinking into the plush sofa with your favorite book or TV show. No matter what you're in town for, our home promises to be the ideal place.

Our unique and welcoming 1,500 sq ft. home accommodates up to six guests. It features a king-size memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom and two additional bedrooms with queen beds with room-darkening curtains and walk-in closets. The primary bedroom's en-suite bathroom includes granite countertops and a walk-in shower with a seat. The second bathroom has a tub. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry room, fully equipped modern kitchen, central heating, and air conditioning. Enjoy Roku-equipped TVs in three locations and the charming patio with seating for six, lawn games, and a wood-burning fire pit. Limited to two driveway parking spaces.

Guest will receive check-in instructions 24 hours before check-in time.
Garage and hallway closet are not accessible to guest.

Wood or supplies for the outdoor wood-burning fire pit are not provided.

Up to six people can stay overnight, including kids, with a maximum of 10 individuals during the day. Parties need prior approval.

No smoking/vaping indoors.
Quiet hours between 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No pets.

We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, coffee station goods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional goods as needed.

Security camera (active recording device) located on front porch. Camera captures audio and video data. Noise/smoke monitor located in home. Device actively monitors home environment, but does not record audio.

We kindly ask guests to complete a quick (no more than 5 min) online verification process. No collected data will be stored or used for other purposes. Reservations failing verification criteria may be canceled.
