Host interaction is good. The hot tub was very good. The road to cabin was not good experience. There were water leaks in HVAC, washer areas. One bedroom fully wet because of HVAC water leakage. The kitchen microwave oven kept on breaking the switch. We have fixed the breaking switches multiple times.

Great place!

18 of us stayed here (7 adults and 11 kids ages 6-18) and we had a great time! The property manager was very quick to respond and very helpful during our stay. It was a perfect spot for our family to come together and enjoy some time together, relax, and hang out. We would definitely come back.

Great stay!

Such a beautiful space and location! The size and design of the junk room was a HIT! Our only complaint was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms for a 4 day stay and a large number of guests.

Great stay, but confusion on fire pit

Our stay was great, we had an awesome time, but unfortunately we were charged 90 for using twigs to get our fire started. Not sure if the Host understands that you can't start a fire without kindling or I'm unaware of how to get a fire going from a log. If you could give a tutorial that would be helpful for the future.

weather inconvenience

incredible location! we had a blast, with such a beautiful cabin on the creek. skipping rocks was a really fun pass time, the hot tub was amazing, and the dorm was a blast. we had to leave a day early due to the weather, but other than that, it was a blast! Be careful of neighbors, apparently hiking the local woods is highly frowned upon.

Beautiful property and home!

The accuracy in the description of the home and the photos were spot on and I feel like the home was even bigger than shown in the photos! So much to do on and off the property!! I took 9 18 year olds and a few chaperones and we were all blown away by how beautiful the house and property was!! Enough space for people to relax on their own or enjoy their own activities, but also plenty of areas to accommodate everyone participating in activities together. It was an amazing week and a perfect send off for these kids who are all heading their own ways in the fall. Thank you for all the amazing memories!!!

Amazing

We had a wonderful time. We had our family reunion here, unfortunately the week prior my dad passed away unexpectedly. He was so excited to come here. It was hard to go without him, but we did and and made the best of it. It was the perfect space for us to be able to be together and grieve while the kids had plenty of fun things to do. The property manager was so kind and so helpful to us. The house had everything we needed and more and helped us make a lot of memories. The property manager is super responsive and they are quick to get anything fixed that may need it. We have zero complaints. Look no further this house is sure to bring a great time to anyone that stays here.

A Outdoor space!

This cabin has a really fabulous outdoor area - even better than the pictures. The sports court was perfect for basketball and riding scooters. The treehouse is so fun and big enough for a whole bunch of kids (we had 13 kids with us!) and there's a little pully system out the window that our kids totally got a pick out of. The fire pit has a huge amount of seating AND a row of swings behind it, which was fabulous for littles who wanted to move around while adults sat by the fire. There's also a whole bunch of outdoor (horse shoe, corn hole, tic tac toe, ping pong, ring toss game) and indoor (foosball, shuffle board, poker table etc.) games.We loved that the whole house is one floor. 2 bedrooms are on one side, and the other two bedrooms are accessed through the bunk room. Overall it was a great space for 3 families with a lot of kids (3 older kiddos took the 4th bedroom, and that worked super well since the younger ones went to sleep earlier).2 sets of washer & dryers - each in one of the front 2 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels very clean.Tons of indoor seating - we were able to fit 10 littles at one dining table, 6 adults at the other dining table, and our 3 tweens at the bar....worked SO well for meals.Owners were super quick to respond when we had an issue with the water being turned off upon arrival (recent freezing temps!).We would definitely stay here again!

MICE! MICE! MICE!!!

Beware, this home has many, many mice. On the first morning, I saw a mouse run across my bedroom floor. My son and his wife reported hearing pest activity in the AC unit in their closet all night long. My grandson and his wife saw a mouse run across the living room floor as well. We found two bags of our unopened marshmallows eaten through along with mouse droppings next to the plates and bowls. I contacted the management company and they brought out some sticky traps and said that mice can be a problem this time of the year. ??? They did not offer to put us in another cabin. On night two, my daughter woke up to 4 mice running in and out of her bedroom. My son and his wife heard a mouse on one of the sticky traps in their closet squealing all night. They woke up to a large amount of mouse droppings and a still not dead mouse on a sticky trap. We checked out of the cabin that morning. We were never offered the opportunity to be relocated to another of the properties they manage, which we would have gladly done. There were several other issues with the property but having a mice infestation is inexcusable in a million dollar rental property. We will return to Broken Bow, but will not rent from that management company ever again.
