The property also offers luxury linens and beds, and is located across from Mara Lake with multiple beaches within walking distance. Easy access to snowmobiling trails right from your doorstep.

From multiple beach floaties and paddle boards to a pool open from May to September, you will have everything you need for a memorable vacation. Additionally, our cozy beds with luxury linens and towels, along with provided toiletries, ensure a hassle-free experience.
For those looking for a winter escape, we offer a unique "Sled & Stay" experience with direct access to the best snowmobile trails in Sicamous. From quading, dirt biking to snowmobiling, our location provides easy access to various outdoor activities. Additionally, we provide a large detached shop with a wood stove for storing sleds and drying gear.
Moreover, our property features a range of entertainment options, including a waterslide bouncy castle, dunk tank, life-size orb balls, games, park, trampoline, and more. With a large driveway available for parking motor homes or 5th wheels, we cater to all your accommodation needs.
Exciting updates are in store for Spring 2025, including a new pool deck, grass in the backyard, fence. The house was renovated in November 2024 with new flooring and paint throughout the entire home. These enhancements will elevate your experience and ensure a comfortable stay.

Hi! I’m Krista. I moved to Sicamous, BC twelfth years ago from Penticton, BC. I grew up working with my dad at our family owned “OK Tire”. I currently design and manufacture products for Amazon.
My husband, Tyler, was born and raised in Sicamous. His grandfather owned 200 acres at the notorious “Hyde Mountain” which Tyler and his family developed into “Hyde Mountain Golf Course”.
A mutual friend thought Tyler and I would be perfect for each other so after creeping him on FB and sending him a friend invite, he sent me a message and shortly later came over to “fix my heater” and we’ve been inseparable ever since.
Eleven months later, he proposed on a boat that caught fire and at twelve months we found out we were expecting our beautiful daughter. When she was seven months old, we found out we were pregnant with our son and have been livin it up happily ever after since!
We built our beautiful custom home in ‘2018. My husband owns Hyde Sawmill and personally ran all the wood for the beams, hardwood flooring, stair railings and the trim.
Together we own TK Ventures Ltd. where we go above and beyond to make sure your stay is top notch! We plan on having more airbandb’s in the near future!
