Sit back and look out at the ocean with your morning coffee. The unit is equipped with all amenities and more. This home is fully air-conditioned and offers a wrap-around patio allowing you to enjoy outside living and inside. Equipped with WiFi, DSTV, and Netflix, this beautiful property will knock your socks off.
The space
The apartment is well-presented for luxury living with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two rooms are furnished with queen-size beds and the third bedroom has two 3/4-size beds. Each room has its own Smart TV with pre-loaded Netflix, while the lounge TV offers total DSTV premier channels.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes an under-counter oven, hob, extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, water dispenser, ice machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Pots, pans, and all the necessary kitchen utensils are on offer. It also offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 adults. Quality bed linen, bath and beach towels, a hairdryer, an ironing board, and an iron are also provided.
Off the living areas are sliding doors that lead onto a large patio that wraps itself around the apartment. There are sea views from this patio with an undercover section allowing you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a few drinks with dinner. There is a gas braai for you to enjoy.
77 on Lagoon is within safe walking distance of the town/village where there are plenty of the finest restaurants, bars, alfresco dining, and supermarkets. The apartment is so ideally situated that you can park your car at the beginning of the holiday and have no need to use it again until your departure.
Other things to note
We offer guest cleans on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for stays of 3 nights or longer. Noise is not tolerated after 22:00 and no parties or functions are allowed.
