Excellent VRBO

Excellent property, clean, well taken care of, and the host's communication was amazing from the time we booked to the time we left. Would definitely recommend and would stay at again!

Looks great, but has little issues that were noticeable.

The pictures matched the apartment perfectly, and the host was helpful, however, it all just seemed a bit clunky. It would be helpful to have all the information in one place too, instead of 10 emails about the checkin process. The furniture needs some love, not the cleanliness but the general structures need tightening. We were legit afraid the kitchen table was going to fall apart, and the chairs were a similar story. The windows need better seals on them as so much street noise gets through. It’s definitely a cheap place, made to look nice. It’s a great neighborhood and the complex itself is good.

Wonderful 8 night stay

We had a great time visiting Phoenix. A few little things that we had to improvise... fan in bedroom hit the chain, but was okay on low and there was another fan in the closet; no toaster, but oven was good to do toaster strudel; no plugs in bathroom, but it was okay using the dining area as there was a mirror to fix hair; only 1 TV, so Nana got tired of watching kids shows/movies, ha, but there was a morning glare on TV... All things that were not a huge big deal to us. I worked 4 of the 8 days with no problems using wifi. The back yard space was very relaxing despite being close to the road. The host provided us with detergent as soon as we realized it was out. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well. My daughter loved the green chairs! They were like little recliners that could be adjusted different ways for comfort :) The location was central and the weather was beautiful! I would definitely come back.

Uncomfortable

The property was okay parking unconvenient hard time finding unit couldnt get in front door. Place was nice very comfy but bathroom floor behind the toilet had fecees on it. The naster bedrom door locked me in 4 times. Owner claimed ots never happened before but doorway had marks on it like someone had tried to get in or out of there. Had friends over for pizza owner sent me a text no parties i stated my friends are here for pizza and i told them all the rules before they came. Owner seemed a bit overbearing about the rules who can relax when your being scolded then when i checked out she accused me of taking the house key? Wow if you want a peaceful vacay dont rent here I wont ever again.
