Spectacular views from the heavenly loft.

Newly Constructed Angels' Haven "The loft" is an enchanting two-bedroom loft space perched atop a hillside with spectacular views of the ocean, the luscious jungle, and mountains. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, the property is a 10 to 15-minute walk to the beach.
"The loft" was exquisitely designed to capture the breathtaking views from every angle with an open concept minimalistic style. Wall-to-wall windows that retrieve entirely offering an indoor-outdoor living.
The space
You can see the outdoor shower as you enter the property. The enchanting infinity pool, lounge sitting area, and outdoor kitchen are shared spaces for all guests if the rooftop is occupied.
"The Loft" has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a bar with a beautiful ceramic top. You can also lie down in the tipi for a siesta or to catch the sunset. The cozy sunken sofa in the living room overlooks the ocean and completely opens up to the gorgeous infinity pool, fountain, and lounge area. Catch an intoxicating sunset while relaxing in a bath or taking a spa-like shower in the luxurious pristine bathroom with exquisite details.
Up the charming spiral staircase is the loft bedroom with staggering views. Stargaze from the queen-sized platform parota bed, wake up with the gorgeous La Manzanilla sunrise and its jungle sounds, or draw the blackout curtains closed if you prefer to sleep in. Directly off the bedroom is a private balcony with a couple of recliner chairs, a table, and a relaxing hammock for lazy afternoons.
The arched entryway at the top of the stairs leads to another modern bathroom with exquisite details and ocean views.
"The Dharma room" is the second upstairs bedroom with an eastern-inspired minimal design, including a Japanese-style full-size bed and a characteristic round window. Find your happy place through the glass doors that open up to a private balcony with a pair of sitting hammocks where you can watch the waves hit the shoreline.
The Dharma room has a private entrance from the spiral outdoor staircase to the rooftop.
Guest access
Guests can use the first two levels, the patio, and pool, but do not have access to the rooftop or the laundry, which is used for storage. Guests can arrange laundry and housekeeping service daily for an additional fee arranged directly with the cleaning lady, whose number is provided in the house manual.
Other things to note
The pool and outdoor areas are shared if the rooftop palapa is rented. The driveway is not available, but street parking is easy.
The house has five bedrooms; you can rent the entire house to avoid sharing spaces. The rooftop has a separate entrance.

The Internet can be weak from time to time. The village may also run out of water temporarily, sometimes in the summer. (This is out of my control.) The house has an additional water supply if needed. The first and second floors have air conditioning—one for each bedroom and one for the ground floor. Please close the doors when the system is in use.
