Like new, fully furnished, private, detached, over garage apartment with stainless steel appliances, full-size fridge/freezer, walk-in closet, and granite counter tops. Laminate or tile floors throughout and stacking washer/dryer. The spacious, light filled bedroom has a king sized bed,and the open living area has a queen pull out sofa. One off-street dedicated parking pad. All utilities, Directv Stream and internet included. It is conveniently located close to everything Mount Pleasant and Charleston have to offer as well as close proximity to some of the beautiful beaches of the lowcountry. Pets are negotiable. No use of yard or outdoor space.

Location Location Location

We rarely get a rental car but so glad we did. We had our own parking spot and everything was so close! Made our trip better in a lot of ways. Host was awesome. Our flight got delayed and had great communication with them on our way in. Very helpful.

Beautiful and Cozy

This was a perfect place for my family as I had to go get my daughter from college. Only a short 15 drive to downtown and to the beach. Lots of great eating places in the area. The place was super clean and had everything you possibly would need for a vacation. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood with manicured lawns. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

The property is exactly as descibed. It is a large one br/one bath, full kitchen, and open plan living room. It was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our four night stay.

Last hurrah before college

My daughter and I spent a long weekend here before moving her into her apartment for college. The space was perfect for us! The neighborhood felt very safe and the apartment had everything we needed. It was close to the beaches and downtown Charleston. I will definitely be back when I visit her.

Carriage house vacation

Great Stay!

Look no further! This place is perfect!!! My son played at the Shipyard each day and we were in perfect location to visit 3 different beaches - Sullivans, Isle of Palms, and Folly! The place was extremely clean and had lots of little extras that I was not expecting! Michelle and her husband checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I can not rate this place high enough! It was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed! Definitely hope to stay again!

Baseball Trip

The house was perfect for our family of 3 in town for a baseball tournament at Shipyard. Michelle is a great host and replied promptly to all communication. The property is wonderful. Spotlessly clean, with a nice, updated kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and our teenager reported that the sofa bed was as well. Lovely, quiet neighborhood good for walking. 20 minutes to Shipyard, 10-15 minutes to the beach and downtown Charleston. Absolutely loved this place!

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage house. It is absolutely beautiful and oh so cozy, Everything was thoughtfully placed for us to discover and to enjoy. A beautiful retreat in Charleston/Mount Pleasant

Michelle and Jim are the top hosts I have ever stayed with. The property is exactly as pictured - and even better. Incredibly clean, well appointed (I lived here for 3 months during a cross country move), quiet, and in a lovely neighborhood. I loved walking the neighborhood for exercise. The home is a great location for both Charleston fun and also Mount Pleasant convenience. I could not recommend this location or their home more.
