Based on our recent experience, we believe this property may not be ideally suited for groups seeking a social or Christian/religious environment. The community enforces strict regulations, and the security patrol did not demonstrate the level of professionalism we anticipated. We found it unusual to be questioned by security personnel, especially as we had not violated any rules and were simply enjoying our Christmas holiday. Typically, inquiries regarding guests should be directed to the property owner for clarification. During our stay, there appeared to be little consideration for holiday occasions, and our expected visitors were warned that their vehicles could be towed. Individuals from New York or those traveling with friends may wish to consider alternative accommodation, as this location seems more appropriate for solo travelers or small group. Additionally, the presence of wild animals, such as deer crossing the streets, raises safety concerns for children. We also encountered several maintenance issues, including a broken shower knob, which forced our families and friends to share a single shower room upstairs and wait in line. There was a noticeable amount of dust on the windowpanes, the curtains appeared outdated, and we had to request the Wi-Fi password. These factors did not align with our expectations or the property’s listing description.
