Willow-Brook cottage is a newly renovated stream-side cabin with a river on both sides next to a swimming hole, looking directly out on both a mountain and private lake. The cabin sits on a 23 acre property from which you can only see the owners main house. Settled 7 minutes from both Woodstock and Phoenica ( in opposite directions), this is a perfect location to explore in both areas. Half an hour exactly to Bellayre Mountain for skiing. The cottage itself was renovated this January down to the studs with an all new kitchen, bathroom and central AC/Heat. The interiors are a beautiful mix of Josef Frank Fabrics and mid-century furniture and is the guest house for the homestead. With its own driveway, you will not find a quieter or more tranquil spot that is easily accessible to everything in the area. If you have an interest in fishing, bring your pole and come cast in the stream-fed private lake/pond. This valley and home exude a special peace.
