Just a short trip east on Hwy 6, within minutes you will be at The Gig, away from the hustle of downtown Oxford and into a more peaceful, serene, and scenic natural oasis. Imagine a place with 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large TV, unlimited WiFi, super comfy king beds, and individual temperature-controlled cooling or heating units. Now walk down the hall into a wonderfully appointed huge open living space and fully equipped kitchen to gather with the rest of your party and enjoy the day's games on a 75" HDTV. If you enjoy the outdoors, step out onto the front covered porch or rear covered patio with views into the valley below and nature that abounds all around.

The Gig is a 2 level building with living spaces on both levels. The ground level, with easier access not requiring a trip up and down stairs, is this listing. The upper unit is occupied by long term tenants. They are not sharing any of the same amenities and enter through a separate access point entirely. It is like 2 separate condos in this way.
