Welcome to `Sunset, Paradise Escape,` a beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom one story home with 3 full bathrooms. This home is perfect for families and large groups. Our location is central and convenient, with easy access to everything you need, including Indian Rocks Beach (7min), Clearwater Beach (10 min), Taylor Golf Course (8 min), Tampa Airport (30 min), & HCA Florida Hospital less than a mile away. Whether you`re visiting for work or play, our home provides the perfect base for your trip.
Inside, you`ll find a spacious 1 story home with new furniture that`s designed for comfort and relaxation. Our home is laid out perfectly for up to 10 guests, with a total of 5 bedrooms that offer plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Our home is both friend & family friendly.
Upon entering the home you may enjoy a large sectional couch and watch your favorite streaming services on our Smart TV. The dining room comfortably seats 6 people with an additional 3 seats located at the kitchen island.The kitchen is set up with all your basic cooking essentials such as: pots & pans, a Kureg Coffee Makers, and Ninja blender.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanity, and jacuzzi bathtub. For your enjoyment the master bedroom also has a smart tv and separate seated desk area.
The master bedroom also has an attached guest bedroom that can be closed off for privacy. This bedroom features a full size bed, and has two separate entries that can be used to either leave open or block off whichever side fits best. This would be considered our guest bedroom #1.
Guest bedroom #2: Features two separate twin beds.
Guest bedroom #3: Features a queen size bed.
Guest bedroom #4: Features a queen size bed and separate living room area. This bedroom comes with a futon bed that can also be flattened to accommodate another sleeping area. Additionally, this bedroom also has its own private entrance/exit that can be accessed from the back of the home.
Guest bathroom #1: Features a full size walk in shower.
Guest bathroom #2: Features a walk in shower. Please note that this bathroom is located in our air conditioned game room/garage.
Game room/ Garage: Our garage has been converted into a game room and equipped with its own A/C system. We have mini golf, video games, foosball, & a basketball game. The Garage is not a parking space. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer located in the garage as well.
The backyard is spacious with available covered seating and adorned patio lighting.
We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, smart TVs, propane grill, and comfortable beds with fresh linens.
We want to make sure you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay, so please don`t hesitate to let us know if there`s anything else we can provide or any questions you have. We can`t wait to welcome you and help you make the most of your trip to Largo.
The third full bathroom is located in our air conditioned garage/game room .
1. Check-in/Check-out: - Check-in is after 4:00 PM - Check-out is by 11:00 AM - Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability. 2. No Smoking: - This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted indoors. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of any cigarette butts. Fines will be charged for any damages caused by smoking. 3. No Parties or Events: - We ask that you respect our home and neighbors by not hosting parties or large gatherings without contacting us first. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 4. Pets: - Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is granted. If approved, a pet fee may apply, and pets must stay in designated areas of the home. 5. Maximum Occupancy: - The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. 6. Parking: - Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. The garage is converted into a game room and is not available for parking. 7. Damages: - Please treat the home with care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. If something breaks, let us know immediately so we can address it promptly. Any damages upon arrival must be reported within 3 hours after check in. 8. Respect the Neighborhood: - This is a residential area, and we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in termination of the rental agreement. 9. Kitchen Use: - Feel free to use the kitchen and its appliances. Please clean up after yourself and make sure to leave the kitchen as you found it. 10. Game Room: - The game room in the garage is for guests’ enjoyment. Please be mindful of the equipment and leave it in good condition for the next guests. 11. Trash Disposal: - Please dispose of trash properly in the provided bins. The trash collection day is. 12. No Rearranging Furniture: - We kindly ask that you do not move or rearrange furniture. 13. Security: - For your safety and the security of the property, please ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave. 14. Propane Grill: - If you use the grill, please clean it after each use and turn off the propane tank when done. We do not provide Propane. 15. Illegal Drugs: - The use of illegal drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. If any illegal drugs are found on the property, there will be a $1,000 penalty fee and immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
