A private rooftop terrace showcases gorgeous Gulf views and comes furnished for leisurely outdoor living. There's also a gas grill on the ground-floor patio for cooking up fresh-caught seafood feasts. Ed Walline Public Beach Access is only a two-block from the home, as are popular bars and dining options along 30A.

Walton County has opened the 393 Municipal Parking Facility just 0.25 miles from Ed Walline Beach Access. With 74 new parking spaces, ADA and LSV spots, bike parking, and a new restroom facility, getting to the beach and around Gulf Place is now even easier for guests!

You'll find the townhome well-appointed with everything you need for comfortable modern living. Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals or snacks to take to the beach. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
