We enjoyed it but…I wasn’t totally thrilled tho. The main refrigerator/freezer/ice maker was clearly broken before we arrived. It was obvious bc another random smaller fridge was in a nearby room (no ice trays or ice maker). I immediately told them bc our food was beginning to spoil and I was so annoyed without ice. They claimed a service guy was coming— who never showed the entire trip and they totally didn’t care. The LAST day they said “by the way- sorry about the fridge- we are going to drop off a bag of ice”…Neighborhood was fine — maybe slightly sketchy people in the apt (esp I my boys’ opinions) but I thought it was ok and def worth the location near Belmont

Great place but annoying reservation system

Amazing property but don’t even think about requesting early check in or check out. You have to pay extra and they’ll reject it

Difficult stay

They tried hard to make our experience a 5 star but due to the guests before us it was an impossible task. They did offer to refund us and we could stay elsewhere but since we were 7 plus 2 dogs it was impossible. They did make some financial concessions and we really appreciated that. Also neighbors moved in at 11p which kept the dogs up barking..again out of their control.

We appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide a 5-star experience for our guests, and it’s disappointing to know that the previous guests impacted your time with us. We’re glad that we could offer some financial concessions, but we understand that it didn’t fully resolve the challenges you faced. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future under better circumstances.
