(1) This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep sound at a level that does not disturb our wonderful neighbors.

(2) Volume is tracked by NoiseAware devices.
► They act like thermometers for sound.
► They don’t record sound or conversation.
► They report decibel levels ONLY.

(3) Everyone present must follow the house rules and all posted rules.
► You assume all risk and responsibility for anyone you allow to be present.

(4) Before holding a party or event, or admitting more than four unregistered guests, please get our advance permission through messaging on the booking platform.
► The property’s entrances may have outward-facing cameras.
► For overnight guests beyond the original number you book for, please get permission from us in advance through messaging on the booking platform. For each such guest, there is an extra fee of $30 per night of your booking.
► Tax and your booking platform`s service fee may also be charged for any fee.

(5) Please park vehicles in the driveway until it is completely filled (4 standard vehicles), before parking any vehicles in the street.
► When possible, please park streetside vehicles in front of and beside this home and its yard (about 6 standard vehicles in total will fit there), rather than in front of neighbor’s houses.

(6) Check-out is at 10 am.
► Our check-out time is important to give our cleaners time to prepare for the next guest.
► You`ll have a 30-minute grace period.
► At 10:30 am, and each ten minutes after, a $100 late checkout fee accrues.

(7) If you encounter any problem during your stay, please let us know asap through messaging on the booking platform.

(8) Within 12 hours of placing of your booking, please do one of the following:
— (a) confirm with us through messaging on the booking platform that you’ve read and accept these House Rules; or
— (b) cancel your booking.

If bringing pets (otherwise, no need to read):

The provided off-white pet-protective blanket must be left on the blue couch throughout your stay.

The pet fee listed at check-out is for one dog or one cat for stays of 2 nights or less. For longer stays, the total pet fee is $10 per pet per night, with a $50 minimum. Any portion of this fee that you do not pay upon booking must be paid before you check in. Any pets besides dogs and cats must be expressly approved in advance.
► Any pet fee doubles if not paid before pet`s arrival.

You agree to cover:
-any pet-related damages
-our expense in removing live fleas/ticks if found indoors after your visit

Pets must:
-not be left alone, except in the fenced-in yard (if quiet), a crate, or a bathroom
-not bark repeatedly outside; please immediately bring inside any noisy pet
-be up to date on their flea-&-tick treatment
-be leashed/carried outdoors, except when in the fenced-in yard

Please leave the provided couch/chair/beanbag covers on and clean up any pet messes with the spray provided.

No illegal or dangerous breeds, or pets with past violence toward a human.
