House was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The a/c and WiFi worked well. Very quiet neighborhood close to the ULM campus. Host was extremely responsive. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Monroe.

Home away from home

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed down to toys for the kids. The boys enjoyed throwing the ball around in the yard and the adults enjoyed the screened in patio!!! We will definitely be back!!!

First time to Louisiana

Everything was nice and clean and the sunroom was great! My dogs loved having a fenced in back yard so they could run around. Would definitely stay again!

June Visit

This was a nice, comfortable property in what appeared to be a very safe neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive. There is a nice screened in porch, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We had a happy stay and we would recommend that you consider this property if staying in Monroe.

Home away from home

We were visiting Monroe, because my son was invited to attend nursing boot camp at ULM and the house was about 6 minutes away. Katie was a wonderful hostess would recommend if in the area , quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and shopping areas around . We hoping to stay again when my son goes again . Thanks again Katie

Home away from home

This is a lovely house. We've stayed here before and would love to stay here every time we visit Monroe. It is conveniently located to shopping. The owner provides a great selection of things like dishwasher pods and garbage bags to make it feel like home. These may seem like small things but many times, it's the small things that make a difference. We highly recommend staying here.

Visiting family

Very clean property in a quiet neighborhood. Stayed 5 nights without any issues. Renter was able to add a night to my visit and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend for anybody or family. Great experience.

Excellent rental

The accommodations were exactly what we were hoping for. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the place exceeded our expectations, and all the amenities provided made our stay comfortable and convenient. We decided on a last-minute getaway, and we were pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable our stay was. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will choose to stay here again. Additionally, the host went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable.

Not likely to return

Not enough laundry soap, dishwashwr pods, toilet paper for 3 plus weeks. Door handles need tightening, internet slow and caused lag. Although it was rectified quickly had to ask for pots. Location was convenient but unfortunately not worth the price paid, would have expected better.

Clean and comfortable in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. This house is near everything from Starbucks to Walmart to the Interstate. There were so many thoughtful touches in the house like extra garbage bags in the bottom of the garbage cans and dryer sheets. That was really nice. The back porch is screened in, so I could read in a nice relaxing way without bugs. The fenced back yard was a bonus. We have three small dogs. They were able to run and play safely. We loved the Roku TVs. My husband likes Westerns. He had a great selection. Overall this was a wonderful stay. It was much better than a hotel and we could cook our own meals. We would stay again.

Family Time on Ann Street

The house on Ann Street was a marvelous gathering place for members of our family to visit. 2 of bedrooms had king/queen size beds and the third one had a day bed with pop up. Although we did not cook meals, the kitchen was well equipped. One cabinet was stocked with spices! We loved the stocked coffee bar! I really liked how the TVs were set up to remove our info when I inputted our check out time. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels as well as soap & shampoo. There is a lovely back porch seating area for morning coffee or evening drinks. There was an stacked washer/dryer on site. Plenty of hot water for showers. Our Host, Katie, was quick to respond to questions. Great place to stay! I have recommended it to local family for future gatherings!
