Located in Coquillard Woods neighborhood- quick uber to Notre Dame or even walkable. Open floor plan let's you hang out in the kitchen while still talking to those in the living room watching the game. Two outdoor patios- walkout from the living room outdoors to the patio. Fenced in back yard. Highly recommend bringing yard games- yard big enough for lot's of fun!

Very kid friendly house - this is a family home and we have 2 young ones. The youngest is still in a crib, so one bedroom only has a crib. The room is big enough to put an air mattress in the bedroom, if interested. The second kid room can also fit an air mattress next to the queen bed. If you are traveling with family, we welcome you to use all the kids toys. Both kids rooms are very dark and make for good sleeping for kids- we will leave the fans / sound machines in there as well.

Living room has 70" TV and sound bar - perfect for watching the ND game! The "big room" also has a 55" TV. King bedroom has 60" TV.

Basement is finished - toys and laundry are located down there
