This centrally located home is within a mile of the historic Georgetown square, and 5 minutes away from I-35, St. David's Hospital, Blue Hole Park, and Southwestern University. You are also a short drive or uber to Austin if you want to enjoy a night out on 6th Street, shopping on Congress Avenue, or see the Longhorns Darrell K Royal Stadium.

If you choose to stay in, enjoy the spacious, clean home with fresh linens, cozy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen to make all of your favorites. Have your morning coffee outside on the luxurious deck. Spend the afternoon sinking putts, grilling out and enjoying ice cold refreshments. End the night with the family sitting around the fire pit making smores!

Comfortable stay

Myself and my family with children truly enjoyed our stay. Such a beautiful home, sleeping arrangements we're great, house was clean and neat, and smelled great, quiet neighborhood, close to a few attractions. The only tiny problem was the Ants but aside from that it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend for others to stay here.

Great place to enjoy a family reunion

The kitchen was really well stocked, the property had absolutely everything we needed. The only caveat was the street/neighborhood wasn’t quite as nice as we would’ve liked. Super close to downtown and the owner was great.

Lovely home and great location!

The property was clean and kid friendly (bunk beds were awesome). It was close to everything…great location. Loved the modernized house touches…easy check in/out, large TVs, nice outdoor space. Would stay here again!

Loved the property. Was the perfect amount of space for my family to stay while they were visiting us. Zack was great with communication. Had no issues checking in or out. Would highly recommend this property and definitely stay again

Wonderful Place for a Group!

I originally booked this property for a birthday party and Zack was very helpful and accommodating to what I had in mind! It's a gorgeous property with plenty to do, giving us plenty of activities before and after the party time. 10/10 would recommend!

Even better in person! Super clean and very well appointed. Soft sheets, cold AC, a great outdoor space and an aesthetic for perfect pics! Couldn't have asked for more from our host! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Cute, charming, and CLEAN

We absolutely loved Zack’s place! The home was nestled in a great part of Georgetown. We loved the back yard but my dog loved it more! I would not hesitate to book Zack’s place again. One of the best places we have stayed at! Thank you again Zack for your great hospitality and letting our fur baby come along!

What a great weekend! Friends joined us in Georgetown to see our son play his last GTX football game. The house was immaculate & welcoming. Perfectly comfortable for all six of us. Amenities great, too.

Perfect Family Getaway

This house was ideal for visiting our family and sightseeing. Easily accessible to places in Austin and the downtown Georgetown was perfect! We hosted Thanksgiving at the rental and was comfortable and it felt like home. The house was setup so nice with enough room for our family to spread out, and pet-friendly for our dog too. Quiet neighborhood and backyard was a fun place to hang out and relax. Our host Zack was very accommodating and we had a little issue with check-in but quickly responded and resolved to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay here again!

CONCERT GET AWAY!

We came to Georgetown to visit our son and take in a couple of concerts this past week(end). The house was very comfortable and VERY close to the university. There are plenty of amenities to make your stay more accommodating. The backyard is really well kept but we were not able to enjoy it due to rains and high winds during our stay. I will definitely try to stay here on another visit to the area.

Excellent home

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well kept. The house has plenty of room and everything you could need! The neighborhood was quiet and the location was convenient. The back yard was perfect for the dogs! We had some family come over and grilled burgers.. they also loved the house! The outdoor space had plenty of seating for everyone and the cornhole and putting green were a nice touch! The host was also quick to respond to messages during our stay. This was one of our best stays and would definitely stay again!

Born in Nashville, I moved to Texas in 2020 after graduating flight school and being assigned to Fort Hood, TX. After my unit's rotation to Europe I purchased this home in Georgetown. I loved the quiet area with walkable access to the charming downtown or a quick drive to Austin and a manageable commute up to Fort Hood.

My dog Scout and I loved our stay here on Church Street so when orders came down to leave Texas I decided to turn this into a rental so others could enjoy this amazing spot and I can hopefully return once the Army allows. I'm a passionate sports fan, (go Titans) love trying new restaurants, or getting outside and exploring with Scout!

I love how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood is. I can commute to work at Fort Cavazos or explore all Austin has to offer within a reasonable commute. I've felt safe the entire time living there while also being able to walk to the town square or Southwestern university.

Recently updated this is an excellent space for both entertaining or relaxing with the family. Starting with the outdoor amenities the large deck is cozy with space to stretch out and lounge or fire up the grill. Activities abound with a putting green, outdoor cooler and cornhole provided. At the end of the evening sit around the fire pit with old friends or make smores with the kids!

As a lifelong sports fan the living room is well setup to watch the big game (the main TV is also visible while sitting outside on the deck). Each bedroom is set up with a smart TV as well so everyone can have their much needed time to relax on their own. Need a bite to eat without walking to the Georgetown square, you'll find a clean fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with space for up to 8. This home is ready to host anything from a friends dinner to bringing the family together for a holiday meal.

During your stay you will find this home provides quality throughout with impeccable cleanliness, comfort, and elegant design throughout. My team is proud of being attentive and responsive to the guests needs and ready to quickly address any issue should something go awry.
