Newly Renovated, Quiet Home

…Relax with family in this calm, stylish space. A one-level ranch in a quiet neighborhood is minutes to the park, shopping and downtown Greenville.
We are originally from the area and recently renovated this home for our our own family to use when we visit from out of state a few times a year. We hope others needing a spacious home while in the area for events and family visits can enjoy it too.
The space
Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and share a meal or play games around the expandable dining table that extends to seat up to 12. Work in the private office space that closes off from the living area or enjoy coffee and the peaceful back yard in the sunny enclosed patio. Sleep comfortably in 2 king beds (with TVs in each room) and 1 queen bed. An extra single folding bed is available for an additional person. Full size washer and dryer is included.

Family visit

This is a lovely and inviting home. It has everythingg you need to make it cozy. Quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. Great place to walk if you want a little exercise

Life Celebration

My daughter and I chose this fabulous home as the place to have my family come to celebrate my sister’s life. My family came from all over Ohio and Indianapolis- we are from California and Virginia.Angie was so understanding and supportive and the home suited a great gathering and dinner for all. We hope to make this a yearly tradition!

What a beautiful home!

Everything was immaculate, plenty of openness in the main room and the bedrooms were spacious. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend to everyone who are looking for a place to stay in the Greenville area. Only 40 minute drive to the Dayton airport. Downtown is cute as well. Thank you. Our family had the best time!

Greenville Get Away!

Great family friendly home in a nice quiet neighborhood! This home has everything to keep the whole family happy. Ping pong and games, 3 large bedrooms and an awesome open living space with large kitchen! Visited family in Greenville and made lots of memories! This is our 2nd stay here and will be back!

Wonderful remodel and comfortable

We now live in Florida, but lived in Greenville before our retirement. We returned for an extended visit with family and to attend graduation. The house has been remodeled in a very modern style that is quite comfortable. The house was immaculate and there were games and toys for our youngest visitors. I highly recommend this house for your visits to Greenville.

Very Well-Appointed Home

Wow, this home was so well-appointed, more so than many VRBO homes I have rented. The description and pictures of this home are accurate - clean, spacious, updated, and welcoming. The host thought of every detail to make you feel at home. The gas fireplace was one added touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our stay was over a weekend when we woke up to snow, wind, and cold temps. It was so warm and relaxing to curl up in the living room and watch the snow fall outside. It was the perfect location for a girls weekend where we attended an event nearby at the Winery of Versailles. We definitely will consider this home for a future visit! Angie, responded quickly any time we reached out with questions. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Better than advertised

I think we have been conditioned to expect things to never be as good as the advertisements. This property is not only as good as it is portrayed, it ended up being everything that Vrbo advertises a stay at one of their locations should be! The host had set up the perfect home away from home for our family. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The accommodations were luxurious without feeling too fancy. It seemed like every room had another little surprise where the host had thought of every little need we might have. They were great communicators throughout the process. The location also was ideal as it gave us easy access to the main highways to visit friends and family in the area as well as close to locations like the Greenville park and the Y. We will definitely be using this location again next time we need to stay in that area!
