About this space
This history themed studio apartment sleeps 5. The apartment includes a queen, pull out queen sofa bed, optional roll out twin bed, a full kitchen, one bathroom, full laundry area, with areas for relaxing, bonfire and a gas grill. The apartment offers cozy historic decor including facts about Spartanburg and Roebuck. It's charming and includes a large room with designated area for the bed and living area, a kitchen and separate bath. We are minutes from downtown Spartanburg.
The space
The studio apartment offers cozy historic decor with a living room and bedroom area and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. It's charming and includes a queen sized bed, optional queen sized sleeper mattress firm sofa, and an additional roll out bed. It has a private drive and is detached from any other living quarters.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to the apartment & property right around the apartment. Guests can enjoy walking the neighborhood if desired. Guests will enter from a driveway that leads directly to the apartment. Guests will also enjoy watching birds on the feeders in our yard.
Other things to note
Our location is ideal to visit the Spartanburg area. We are 15 minutes from downtown Spartanburg, 40 minutes from downtown Greenville. Camp Croft State Park is 10 minutes away, Spartanburg’s seven colleges are 15-20 minutes away. Please check out our guidebook for suggestions on what to visit in the Upstate area!

The owners are two of the greatest, most hospitable, friendliest people I’ve met in my life. The property is nice, beautiful, secluded and no more than 20 mins from anywhere you need to be in Spartanburg. I lived in their Point A property while transitioning to the area for work for about three weeks and during my time there they treated me like family. During my extended stay, my experience was nothing short of what I’d expect if I were staying with my family. If you’re visiting Spartanburg, my humble advice is “Choose or Lose”. Choose to stay in a serine environment or lose out on the opportunity to feel like you’re in a home away from home. My Patriot Point A experience was nothing short of amazing!

Golf tournament

Everything about this space was perfect for my stay. It was SUPER close to the golf course, short drive to restaurants, Target and Walmart. Very clean and very quiet! Not secluded, which is always a concern when renting VRBO and not knowing area well.

Home away from Home

Snow Storm Stay

Our family of four came down from a snow storm in Northern Va to the "Ice Storm" in SC. It was a great time for our family and the place met all of our needs! The hosts were very friendly. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Simple, yet sweet!

Such a cute, simple concept for a quick weekend stay. The owners were kind and responsive. The property was well maintained and the room was pristine. Sweet personal touches were dog treats for the resident dog, Bo, a leatherbound book for visitor's comments, and a corkboard map to pin where you're from for fellow travelers to see. 10/10 for us. Thank you!!

Simple little place

This property was what we needed for our two small kids & ourselves to come visit the area. The parking area was not big at all & it was shared but other than that, it was a very quiet nice area.
