Located right in the heart of Cherry Grove, a charming coastal town in North Myrtle Beach on a quiet and peaceful neighborhood street. 2 small blocks from sparkling waters and soft white sand. Short walking distance to an amazing beach, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, candy shops, surf gear, bike rentals, post office, live music and nightlife. Feel warm South Carolina ocean breezes, explore and walk to just about everything you need!

"My family and I spent a week at the beach in this awesome Beach house! The location was perfect...easy short walk to the beach and close to several restaurants and a huge grocery store! The house was updated, very clean, and had everything we needed! Each bedroom had their own bathroom with awesome beautiful showers!! Wifi was great and kitchen was fully stocked with even a new slushie maker!
We enjoyed the 2 hammocks, ping pong table, and cornhole set under the house...was perfect for our nights and the rainy day we had! We went to Cherry Grove Point only about 10 minutes from the house for an amazing sunrise one morning!
Overall I would give this house 5 stars! Was perfect for us! Can't wait to return next year! The owners were quick to respond to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed! The check in and out process was super easy too!

Our beach cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Primary bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 full sized beds. Cottage sleeps a total of 6 guests. Large, gated deck (to keep children and pets safe and sound) with stainless steel grill and patio table for 6 as well as an additional seating area. Covered parking underneath and outdoor shower to rinse off after a relaxing day at the beach. Cottage has keyless entry, warm and comfortable beach decor, portable bluetooth speaker, hardwood floors, ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, central AC and comes fully furnished with high quality linens and towels.

"This beach house was so charming and the perfect size. The beach was only 1 1/4 blocks away. All the essentials were provided & we loved not having to bring sheets, wash cloths & towels. The beach buggy was perfect to get the cooler and beach supplies to the beach. A wonderfully well stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a filtered cold water dispenser. For the little ones, we provide a pack and play, plastic dishes / cups as well as an air mattress, if any additional sleeping areas are needed. 3 ROKU smart tv's (primary bedroom, 2nd bedroom, living room) so you can use your log in to access favorite streaming services. Secure, high speed wireless internet as well as a workstation / desk in the 2nd bedroom just in case you need to take a break from the beach to check emails and get some work done.

Have you ever dreamed of going away and not having to pack up everything and the kitchen sink? Well....our cottage provides beach chairs, rolling cooler, backpack cooler, beach wagon, umbrella, beach toys, folding beach table, some fishing rods and even 6 beach towels. So kick back and relax. We want to make your stay as easy and as stress free as possible! You are also welcome to use the guest storage room for any other beach, fishing or small recreational gear you may bring. There is an outdoor ping pong table under string lights for some day or night time fun as well as a corn hole set.

Our cottage comes complete with a full supply of household and bathroom items; Coffee K-Cups, assorted tea, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, and some paper towels. Each en suite bathroom has high quality, hotel styled amenities; including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, q tips, and even a razor....So don't worry if you forget a few things. We have 4 kids and a dog, we know how it goes...we got you covered!

Other things to note:

- Cottage is privately owned, managed and maintained. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. No house parties, spring break/graduation gatherings, etc..

- We love our dog and house-trained pets are fully welcome with a non refundable fee, so bring your furry friends! We provide a small dog bed, doggie bowls as well as poop bags. We do ask that dogs are kept off of the couches and beds. If your dog MUST be on the bed with you, we supply multiple dog blankets throughout the house and ask that you PLEASE cover the areas they will be laying on.

- Our cottage is a Non-Smoking property - NO smoking/vaping of any kind in, or anywhere on the property. Inability to follow house rules will result in immediate eviction of all guests without refund.

- Check Out Time is 10:00 A.M and Check In Time is 4:00 P.M.

- Your total reservation fee for our cottage includes a per-booking damage waiver fee that we pay on our end, we do NOT pass this along to the guest. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report any incident to us before you check out.

- Motorcycles, small boats and ATV's are welcome (2 motorcycle maximum allowed on property) if bringing a boat please let us know size, including trailer so we can confirm that it will fit.

- Cottage has 1 exterior camera underneath that faces the parking area and street. This is for the protection of the cottage and our guests.
