Not a single detail has been overlooked at this modern luxury cabin located in the Aska Adventure Area of Blue Ridge less than 5 miles to downtown. Situated on 3 private acres with a panoramic view of the Blue Ridge mountains featuring 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms with plenty of room for 12 guests. Enjoy the outdoor swimming POOL (heated for an additional fee), hot tub, game room, SAUNA, 2 outdoor fireplaces, surround sound (SONOS), EV charger, and fire pit while being immersed in complete luxury.

Bella Vista is located in a quiet mountain community on a private 3 acre lot. Downtown Blue Ridge is two turns away and less than 10 minutes yet still enjoy the peacefulness of being perched in the mountains. Hiking trails through the national forest are walking distance from the cabin. The road to the cabin is well maintained and easily reached in a regular car. It is all paved roads except the last .5 mile and it is a manicured gravel road without any steep twists or turns. There is an EV charger on the property.

Main Floor:

*The entire cabin has been professionally decorated and every piece of furniture, accessory, and artwork has been hand selected for your comfort and enjoyment.

*The main floor has an expansive chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a wine fridge, and is fully stocked to cook during your stay. Enjoy meals at the dining table or the breakfast bar

*The kitchen opens to the family room with a gas fireplace, tv, and plenty of seating on the leather couch or one of the many poufs. The floor to ceiling windows and french doors give an unobstructed view from the entire main floor to the gorgeous mountains.

*The split master bedrooms are also on the main floor. Both masters have a King sized bed with luxury linens and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and walk in showers. The 1st master has a walk in closet and free standing tub.

*There is also a powder room on the main floor.

Terrace Level:

*The open stairway leads to terrace level where family fun and entertainment is endless. Enjoy a game of ping pong or foosball with a friend or play the free standing arcade console with multiple games to choose from. If you had rather relax then lounge on the leather couch, turn a football game on the tv, and make use of the bar area. You can also melt your stress away in the sauna.

*The additional bedrooms are also on the terrace level. The 3rd bedroom features 2 queen size beds and an en suite bathroom. The views from this room are stunning.

*The 4th bedroom is perfect for the kids in the group. There are two sets of full over full bunkbeds along with trundles underneath. There is a tv, walk in closet, bean bag chairs, and age appropriate games/books.

Outside:

*The outdoor spaces at Bella Vista keep on going! Upon arrival you'll notice the fire pit tucked into the side of the property with adirondack seating and perfect views of the sunset and mountains.

*The main floor outdoor space spans the length of the back of the cabin and has a wood burning fireplace, tv, plenty of comfortable seating with a fire table, an outdoor dining table, and propane grill.

*The terrace level deck also extends the entire length of the back of the cabin and features a propane fireplace, plenty of conversation seating, two oversized swings to take in the view, and an outdoor table with seating.

*Around the corner on the side of the cabin you will find the swimming pool and sundeck complete with loungers and unobstructed view of the mountains.

1 dog is allowed with prior approval and pet fee submitted.
