Great Location for Winter Activities | Amazing Views | 2 BDR & 2 Bath End Unit

Our condo is perfect for a winter vacation. Centrally located with 3 ski hills close by (Panorama, Fairmont, Kicking Horse) as well as Nipika Mountain Resort and the Radium Hot Springs. Banff and Lake Louise are also within 90 minutes for a great day trip.

This second floor end unit condo is fully equipped and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 patios (one north facing for morning sun and one west facing for afternoon sun). We understand that people do not always have what they need, so we have included some basic necessities (such as non-perishable food and toiletries) to use as needed.

There is underground parking and storage (upon request) for outdoor equipment. And after a day of activities, you can relax in the hot tub that is open year round. And don't forget to watch the sunset from the amazing west facing patio!

For your convivence, we also allow for early and late check-in/out, depending on other bookings. Weekly and monthly discounts are available upon request.

We stayed as two couples in this lovely unit and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything was great from booking, communication, and suite/local information. The location was good and walking distance to trails and downtown. We really appreciated all the little extras provided. It is clear that Jim and Marcia take pride in their suite and we really enjoyed our stay as a result. We would stay here again.

Property was clean and was well supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen. Pool was nice (heated) and well maintained. Nice location and view, would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location and condo

We stayed in Radium to enjoy the Hot Springs, and we were 90 minutes from Banff, Lake Louise, and so much more. The condo was perfect with plenty of space, balconies with excellent views, and everything you could need in one place. I would highly recommend that you stay here if you are going to be in the area. The hosts were friendly, informative, and thought of everything. What a great week!

Home Away From Home

Condo had everything we needed plus more. Wonderful hosts, they were quick to answer questions. Fireplace was wonderful to have on in the evening while sitting around visiting. Saw a family of deer a couple of times outside deck window. Underground parking was a plus. Thank-you

Enjoyed our stay

Had a great stay in Radium. The property is well equipped with kitchen supplies, pool floates and basic essentials. The pool is a great addition and we used it a lot during our stay. James was great to deal with helpful.

Relaxing and private

Great location. Very private. Watched nine deer grazing right below our balcony. It was good to have two balconies and big picture windows in main bedroom.

Looking forward to coming back!

Staying at this property met all the needs of our family. Communication with the host was clear and easy. The condo was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the extras provided by the host (spices, oil, condiments, etc) which made our stay easy and comfortable. The hot tub was great to warm up in after our winter adventures all day. Great location for skiing, skating, biking, hiking and enjoying the hot springs! We plan to come again to enjoy some outdoor summer adventures!

We bought our condo in 2022 as it is a perfect get-a-way for Calgarians. However, due to our busy sports schedules, we are unable to utilize it in the winter. So we are looking for friends or families that want to get a away, relax and enjoy the amazing Columbia Valley.

The hiking in the fall and outdoor sporting options in the winter are amazing. We loved spending a few weeks at the condo over Christmas. We don't ski, but loved going out to Nipika and the area for snowshoeing last Christmas. We also loved the neighborhood toboggan hill and fireworks on New Years Eve.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love the proximity of Radium. It is a shorter drive than Inveremere but still very close to Panorama. The town of Radium is great and everything is in walking distance. It is very dog friendly and there is a great off leash dog park right below our condo.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view from our patio is amazing. It is west facing with great afternoon sun and sunsets. We love sitting on the patio to relax and enjoy the sunset. We often see wildlife walking right outside our patio.
