What a view!

Our extended family had a fun stay in Park City at this great home. Lots of room for everyone. The views from the balcony were beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub and the central location. The property managers were responsive and available when we had a question about the hot tub.

PC with a view

This property is nice overall with excellent views. We experienced many maintenance issues at this property that impacted our experience negatively, however JJ nothing was so terribly wrong that our trip was affected. I would recommend this property and would choose to stay here again.

Wedding Weekend

Our daughter held her beautiful wedding at The Lodge at Blue Sky. It was a magical ceremony in the secluded mountains followed by a delicious dinner in their wine room. Instead of staying at the lodge, we opted to gather family and friends and stay at your welcoming condo. We loved hiking the Urban Mother Trail, just off Lowell Ave. and walking to historic Main Street, to shop and eat. We especially loved our pizza takeout from Spur Bar & Grill. We were able to relax around your harvest table and reminisce about our perfect weekend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

3 couples ski trip

We loved the location of the home, a half mile walk down hill to the Crescent/Payday lifts and a down hill walk to Main Street. The house was nice and clean. Beds comfortable, linens where fresh and soft. Kitchen stocked with new dishes, flatware, dishes adequate to cook in for dinner. The skiing was amazing, enjoyed hot tub every evening. This was comfortable for 3 adult couples. We did not use the twin bed room or the Murphy bed but could have had children with us comfortably. We liked it so much we will be back! It is an uphill walk from town back to the house, series of flights of stairs- mention it only to make note. It was not a problem for our adult travelers!

Great Location and Owner

My group of 8 had a fantastic stay at this property. Location situation near the lifts and near Main Street was great. Owner was very responsive and communicative. Hot tub was a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again. Only potential improvement would be some additional cooking equipment but made do. Definitely recommend.

Great Ski Rental

I stayed here with members of my family for a long ski weekend. It was walking distance to Main Street in town, albeit a little hilly, and walking distance to the base of payday and crescent lifts. The hot tub was great for sore legs after a long powder day. The house was clean, spacious, and fit all of our needs for a wonderful long weekend. The maintenance team was very responsive when needed and made sure we were well equipped for our stay. When it snowed 2 feet while we were there, the steps were salted and the driveway and sidewalks were plowed. Park City was so much fun and only a half hour from the SLC airport. Cannot recommend this vacation rental enough!

Bait and Switch? But it grew on us, good communications.

Have to be honest- this was our 5th year renting a home and this year paying 2X more- so I was underwhelmed with the property vs. the actual listing at first. (And since they own several similar buildings, the pictures on this listing are *NOT* all the same as the actual property! Some pictures are of other units nearby). There were also problems with the initial emails (garage code was wrong), but was fixed quickly. THE GOOD: Very Clean, it snowed a TON and they were there every morning early to clean it and even shoveled the staircases. Trash was automatically taken to the curb, and small things like having a couple of clean humidifiers and additional fans were nice add-ons. The bedding was AWESOME and high end, along with the towels- and there were plenty of towels (we found some hidden in drawers right before we left, lol). Hot water was HOT. Very clean. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: The hot tub was important to us, and while it looks like it can seat 6, it really only fits 4. (Plus two of the pictures are actually not that physical hot tub!.. it was another unit). And it was the 'cheapest of the cheap' hot-tub you can get (I own a hot tub so I know)... No real jets, just one pump. It you only have 4 people in it, it's probably OK. Likewise with the gas grill. We like to cook out- this one was cheap too and I had to clean the burners (easier than waiting and calling them). At least it's on natural gas so no fear of running out of gas. Management are awesome staged photographers... I.E., the pictures are 'perfectly' angled/cropped to try and show they are big, or that in reality you are surrounded by other condos, and one picture must be from several years ago... the picture is missing the huge condo complex next door! Again, one picture of the kitchen is actually another kitchen in a similar property. TRAIL/SKI ACCESS: While it is very close to a skiing trail as the crow flies, there's no way to get to it (WAY too steep). You can either walk slightly uphill about 1500 feet to the end of Lowell Ave. (Near the Miner statue), or walk down to the Marriott slopeslide near PayDay lift. We finally figured out that just shuttling skiers was way easier to drop off/pick up, *especially* at the Town Lift- there's a drop off under the bridge 50 feet from the lift. Then only one person needs to walk with equipment, and we figured that out on the third day... Wish we knew that sooner. All-in-all, a solid 4.44 visit. Hope this helps!

Great Location and Space

We really enjoyed our vacation and the location. The space is the perfect layout for 2 families, with 2 master bedrooms and 2 kids rooms, plus a loft which can serve as a fifth bedroom. Everything more or less was functional and the location was great - right up the hill from the PCMR base and Old Town. Why not 5 stars? The property we stayed in was not the one shown in the pictures. It is similar, but ours had smaller windows in the living room and older carpets instead of hardwood floors. There were also a few small items that needed TLC. Not a dealbreaker but it would have been good to have the actual photos ahead of time. Management company was excellent and very responsive. Overall the place was a good value and we would stay there again.

A Winter Wonderland!

We had a great experience. Two families (6 adults, a 15 yo and a 10 yo) fit nicely in the space. It’s close to the base of Park City Mountain and Main St is a 5-10 minute walk. We loved having the hot tub and the fireplace! The owner and team were excellent regarding communication and facilitating our stay

Great extended family ski trip!

The entire group was extremely comfortable and happy with this property! All was clean and in good order. Convenient to the ski base area, shopping and old town. The kitchen was well-appointed and easy to cook. Had a great time and would definitely use again!

SKI WEEKEND AT PARK CITY

We have stayed at this property several times before. It is great for a family ski vacation. We have two families and cousins get to share a great experience together.

Nice location, spacious home.

We enjoyed our stay especially being able to walk into town (10-15 min but hilly). The home was spacious and worked well for 8 adults to sleep (we used the loft space which meant two people got their own rooms). The property manager was easy to work with and accommodating to our requests. The home could use a bit of a refresh - carpets seemed worn and the style is very plain/neutral. But not a major issue, just something to note!

Would not stay here again.

Garbage had been left in the garage which we were instructed to enter and leave from. It smelled so bad it reached through the house. We couldn’t use outdoor deck because if the smell. Neighbors were complaining about the smell The garage was stacked with wood and boxes so only one car could fit in if it was small. Garage was covered in dirt which tracked in and out. No instructions left for anything Not how to leave the condo, instructions for fireplace, hot tub(which we could not get hot) Even though the space was good. The smell ruined everything. Would not stay here again or recommend it!!!

Lots of room to relax

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean and well equipped. We were able to walk to the Main Street but walking back up the hill using the ‘stairway system’ (staircases built in to the hill) is a challenge.

We purchased the land and built this property many years ago now because of it's ideal location - just 200 steps to skiing at Park City Mountain - and easy quick access to Historic Main Street.

This property is ideal for avid skiers and snowboarders, large family's, families traveling together, family reunions, event goers - for the Sundance Film Festival, summer visitors and really anyone wanting to visit Park City.

We have since updated this property over the years to offer modern amenities and features, but the local architecture and ski mountain feel have remained the same.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What made our 4BR home the ideal place for us was it's ability to host a large family and it's slopeside location on Park City Mountain. We had to do a lot of interior renovations over the years, but that's simple with a lot of space, an open floor plan and good structure.
