Este condominio con vista al lago está ubicado en el corazón de Lake Las Vegas Resort en Montelago Village, que ha sido completamente renovado, incluyendo un lavarropas / secadora en la unidad. El único 1 dormitorio en Lake Las Vegas con lavandería en la unidad. Este encantador 700 pies cuadrados condominio cuenta con un dormitorio y un cuarto de baño con una sala de estar, cocina completa y comedor. También cuenta con una gran galería de 150 pies cuadrados con vistas al lago Las Vegas, el campo 18 del campo de golf Reflection Bay Golf, montañas, patio / piscina y el pueblo. Hay un aparcamiento subterráneo seguro. El condominio se limpia profesional / gestionado y mantenido con los estándares de calidad del hotel.

Great Vacation

My husband and I were looking for a wonderful get away and we were not disappointed. It's a short drive to the strip but we were glad to be staying at Lake Las Vegas. It has a community feel and found everyone very friendly. The condo was perfect and hope to return soon. Thanks, David!

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Very nice place for one or two people. The unit is clean, comfortable and quiet. Scenic view from balcony, which has a lot of cushioned seating. Owner is very good to work with and is excellent in communicating with renters.

Perfect condo for our weekend getaway!

Great size for the two of us. Had everything we needed for our extended stay in the Vegas area. Balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee! Loved the fact that was located in an area where we could walk to dinner each night. Will return at the next chance we get.

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting

The condo was nice and the setting was great. The two pools (one heated) were never crowded and the proximity to the shops and restaurants was great. When we arrived, however, the condo had not been cleaned and, although the owner responded very promptly, we still couldn't use the place for 2-3 hours while they washed the sheets and towels.

Fabulous Place to Stay in Lake Las Vegas

This condo is light, bright & airy with fabulous views of the lake & pool to be enjoyed from the inside or the oversized balcony with comfy furniture, and the same applies to the living and dining areas. , The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal with plenty of dishes, bowls, utensils, pots and pans. We slept like babies and our bones appreciated the high end mattress. David, the host is easy to reach and quick to answer any questions or suggestions we had. Another big plus is that we were able to park in the underground garage. Yes, we highly recommend this wonderful place and looking forward to our next time.

Peace and quiet

If that is what you are looking for, this is the most fantastic place. As soon as you walk in the building you will start to relax. Everything in this building is neat, clean and very elegant. The condo is the same, you walk in the door and are greeted by a wonderful living room area that is nice and bright and roomy. Everything you need is here, just in case the weather is not agreeable and you must spend some indoors time. You have a living room with TV, a dining room, a full kitchen with dishwasher! The bathroom is quite large as well with a huge bath tub in which you could lay for hours with a great book and a glass of wine. The view from the very large balcony is very relaxing, you look down on the pool, palm trees and lake Las Vegas. We used it every morning to have breakfast and in the evenings to just sit and relax. And there are two pools, one wading pool, one Olympic pool and a hot tub! The little village is fantastic for sitting around wine-ing and dining. We stayed for two weeks and had the girls come in once to clean the sheets, spif up the bathroom and leave us clean towels for a nominal charge. You are within 20 minutes of all sorts of great gambling casino's and about 30 minutes from the strip. The owner, David, was very helpful with all my endless questions that I threw at him. This is for sure by far better then any hotel. We are planning our return trip for next spring!

A great place to stay for a relaxing getaway.

We loved our stay here! To start with, David the owner, was easily reachable and very accommodating. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The room itself has everything to make your stay comfortable. The washer/dryer unit was such a bonus - it makes coming home so much easier when you don’t have dirty clothes! All the appliances worked well and the apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished and bright. The best feature of this place is the balcony- we spent most of our time out there. We didn’t notice any other noise from nearby units, either, which was a pleasant surprise. The Viera has 2 swimming pools and a hot tub. Most of the time we had the pools to ourselves. The Seasons grocery store was right around the corner, and although it was on the smaller side, had many of the everyday items needed-and we felt the prices were comparable to Albertson’s and Smith’s. The village has a few shops and resteraunts that aren’t really busy during the week, but we noticed as it for later into September we started to see more people on the weekend. Saturday nights there were concerts and during the day there is a place to rent kayaks, electric boats and other water sport items. We loved the location. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but only a 30 minute drive if you want to go visit. Henderson is about 20 minutes away with a variety of stores. And if you love the outdoors like we do- there is a park around the corner with hiking, biking and walking trails! If you have never been - Nevada is also very cycling friendly with nice bike lanes as well. As you can tell, we really enjoyed our trip, were sad to come back, and even looked at property before we left. Thank you David for sharing this with us and we will be back soon!

A Magnificent Condo on the Lake

This one bedroom condo with balcony overlooking the twin pools and Lake Las Vegas was just perfect. The host, David Austin, was consistently responsive and very gracious throughout our 98-day stay. It was ideally situated in close proximity to where we were having our new home built. Aside from that convenience, is the fact that the condo is located in the Lake Las Vegas Village, which is an Italian-themed resort with many restaurants and the convenience of a grocery store. For those who enjoy water sports and golfing, you can't miss with this locale. Given the length of our stay, we were very grateful to have such a wonderful host and a very clean, comfortable and well-equipped condo.

Great condo at LLV

My wife and I have stayed at the Viera condos four times in the past two years, and this unit was tops. Great view, nicely furnished, fully outfitted kitchen. David was great to work with on our last-minute reservation (and a snafu or two with VRBO). We will definitely shoot for this condo again on our next visit to Lake Las Vegas.

Well appointed comfortable accommodation in a great location

This property is definitely a real home-from-home. There is everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and immaculately clean. The resort itself is has some great restaurants and fabulous views. Our host was also very helpful and communicative providing all we needed to know to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Nice place to stay!

We quite enjoyed our stay at this resort recently. Our condo was very nice indeed. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our home away from home. The resort was very nice and we liked being a distance from the noise and commotion of Las Vegas itself. We rented a vehicle so could get around on our own. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Vacation in the Desert

We absolutely loved this condo! Very warm and welcoming, and oh so comfortable and relaxing! We enjoyed having our evening wine and beer on the lovely balcony! The kitchen was well stocked and we actually shopped at the Albertsons in Henderson. We preferred it over Seasons, the small grocery store in the village. We had a wonderful time at the wine shop, Vino Del Lago, located in the Village! Enjoyed some great jazz, wine, and felt like we were part of the local family! David was an awesome host, easy to work with and very responsive to any issue or questions we had! We can’t wait to return and stay at this condo and beautiful Lake Las Vegas!

Beautiful well-appointed apartment. Beautiful property. Would definitely come back.

This is the diamond in the desert! For two of us, it was perfect. Apartment was new and well maintained and equipped with everything one could need. Owner was easy to communicate with, and was always very responsive to any questions or concerns which were few. The area around this property, which takes one to an oasis outside the city, is easy to navigate and has everything one needs. Restaurants are excellent, and Seasons Grocery Store may look small, but has everything one could possibly want. We felt at home here, and if we weren't moving to the Henderson area ourselves, we would come back here whenever possible. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so positive. P.S. We liked it so much we stayed in another unit for a week and then will be back here until the end of the year!

We live in Seattle and needed a respit from the gloomy winters. Lake Las Vegas was the perfect choice for year-round sunshine and has a quiet relaxing resort feel. While we enjoy the strip for the entertainment it provides, its nice to come back to Lake Las Vegas for peace, quiet and the beauty of the desert.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with Lake Las Vegas the minute we saw it in 2006. It's certainly a world away and makes you feel like you have traveled to Italy. We were lucky enough to be able to purchase this condo in 2009.

The restaurants are all very good and there is a nice community feel in Lake Las Vegas. We always feel like we are on vacation when we visit our Lake Las Vegas home.

Lake Las Vegas is in the process of an amazing resurgence that will make it even better!!! Relfection Bay Golf Course, a top 10 public course in Nevada and top 100 in the country will re-open in the Fall of 2014. The Westin is in the neighborhood as well as the Hilton with the Ravella Spa. Hilton is also re-opening the casino later this year, which will now be owned by the Hilton and not a sub contractor which will make operations more seamless.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our Viera condo is located directly in the village. Its the ONLY 1 bedroom with the benefit of in-unit laundry. With other 1 bedrooms, you only have a shared laundry room. Literally steps away from the shops, restaurants, marina and casino. Sunsets shining on the lake and mountains are amazing sitting on the private large veranda and the chaise lounge is great for reading and afternoon naps. Our patio has walls on each side, making it feel like an additional room. Most of the balconies are not private and only have railings.

The Marina is also steps away so you can rent a kayak, peddle boat, stand up paddle or rent a 10 passenger party boat for happy hour on the lake.

Viera has 2 pools, one heated, one not heated, plus a large hot tub.

On the weekends, the mexican restaurant has Jam-eoake, which is Karaoke to a live band. It's fun to participate or just watch!

During the spring/summer/fall, there are movies and live bands on the weekends and beer fests/wine walks.
