- This is a guest house on the same property as another occupied home — please be respectful of your neighbors.
- All lights must be turned off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our Valley
- While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
- 20 MPH on all roads around the house
- NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)
- Our valley is growing, so construction projects may occur in the neighborhood and in site of the home
- As the unit is located against a field, we do have precautionary pest control measures (inside and outside)
- We provide one body towel and one wash cloth per sleeping space, as well as a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.
