Flory was an awesome host, she set up everything in advance that we requested and all of her recommendations were spot on! We had a group of 13 people, the house was set up perfect for the group and I highly recommend having dinner cooked at the villa, the chef was amazing and they made you feel like you were at a restaurant (again set up by Flory)!

The Host was awesome, great lady and very helpful and friendly. Amenities were great. My family loved and our memories we did are priceless. We definitely recommend this beautiful home and definitely we are going back.
Children’s favorite part was the pool

Great house on the beach

Great house, great location on the beach. The location is both quiet and beautiful and close to town and restaurnats. We had kids teens and adults and the layout was perfect for the families and kids. House manager was great to communicate with and we had 2 meals a day and those were great! Loved it all would totally recommend! Thank you for having us!!

family time

The house was nicely located and comfortable. The beach was convenient and mostly clean very little trash. The adventures were reasonably close....fishing, whitewater and atv jungle tours. All the family had a great time. Flori and her group were a pleasure to be around and did a fabulous job putting together excursions and meals. Great overall family experience for all age groups.

House by the beach

Excellent property. Spacious, clean. Enjoyed the pool yet also being close to the beach. Staff was very accomadation!

Even better than expected!

The house is absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean is amazing. We really felt like we had a private villa on a private beach. We were a big group. 10 adults and 3 children. Each little family had their own room and connected bathroom. The pool area and kitchen brought everyone together while the rooms gave us our space and privacy at night. We loved being steps from the beach and enjoyed the best sunsets every night. We saw iguanas, sloths, macaws and butterflies during our stay. Jackson, who takes care of the outside property, cut us down some coconuts which was an extra treat. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

Incredible beach home

This beach house could not have been any better. We had sloths, monkeys, iguanas, lizards, tortoises and many types of birds right at our back door. The beach was beautiful. The local dogs were so fun to play with. The house was so clean. The beds were so comfortable. It was so nice to have 2 washer and dryers. We had Flori make us breakfast every morning and she was a highlight of the trip. So friendly and accommodating. We had Koko make us dinner a couple of nights and he was just as amazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you Paolo for making a beautiful home and sharing it with us.

This listing does not do justice!!!

First off… the house is incredible and such a perfect layout for families or groups. The rooms are clean and each is separated just enough while still leaving space to hang out. It is so beautiful! All of the amenities you could need and then some. The laundry room, the kitchen and the outdoor kitchen are fully stocked and have beautiful appliances. Flori is so accommodating and helpful! Be sure to ask about her brothers surf lessons!! He was great! The beach is by far the best beach anywhere in Jaco, Quepos, Manuel Antonio or any near by location we visited. We kept going “back home” to whale watch right from our very own beach, watch the stingrays play in the waves, enjoy the baby monkeys in the trees, hunt for sloth sightings surround the entire villa, watching dolphin pods swim by,or just surf and boogie board the perfect set of waves rolling in. Low tide is amazing, high tide is great, the water is warm and clean, the sand is black and soft. I could go on…. Do not hesitate.
