It’s located a few blocks from Salisbury University, a mile or so from Downtown and the Wicomico River and some of the best waterfront restaurants in the area. Ocean City boardwalk is 31 miles away and 48 miles from Chincoteague, 38 miles from Bethany Beach, 44 miles from Rehobeth. Wow! What an amazing central
Location to visit some of the best beaches on the Eastern Shore.

Goldilocks House

Everything about our stay was just right! The home is centrally located, the house itself was perfectly accommodating, and our host was helpful and communicative. If I’m ever back in Salisbury I will be staying here again!

We enjoyed the welcoming basket and the aesthetics of the home. The home is pleasantly located near dinning, grocery, and the Civic Center where we had events throughout the weekend.

Great Location in Salisbury

The house was clean and nicely updated, located in a quiet neighborhood near the University. What really impressed us was the hospitality. The host provided everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Close to downtown and plenty of options for a morning run or walk.

Home Extension in the Bury

Our own home was too small for our growing family. The rental allowed our adult children to be home for the holidays comfortably. Perfect location and close to “home base”.Will use again in the future!!!!

Salisbury Getaway

My college roommates and I graduated from Salisbury in 2017. We came back into town for the Salisbury Run Festival last weekend. This house was absolutely PERFECT! The house was clean, cozy, and stocked to the brim with extra towels, toiletries, and even a little snack basket. The location can't be beat either. About a mile walk to downtown and campus on a quiet street. We have already talked about planning out next trip down!

Excellent

Overall very nice house in a nice neighborhood we were able to ride our bikes safely. We did have an ant problem but that did not seem to be due cleanliness. The owners were extremely responsive and pleasant. All in all it was better then expected weekend which is all you can ask for

Cozy stay

The house was sufficiently clean. Well stocked except for extra blankets and trash bags. The property owner was responsive and friendly. Plenary of space for a larger family . Felt safe and would definitely return

Beautiful Location

The property had enough space for our family to each have their own room and a fully equipped kitchen to allow for breakfast to be made every morning. We were able to walk to the beautiful downtown of Salisbury and be within a drive of the university and other spots on the eastern shore. As an avid runner, I loved the runner friendly neighborhood lined with sidewalks and rural roads along the river with plenty of space on the shoulders to feel safe. I cannot recommend the place enough. The host was super responsive and amendable to all our needs. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
