This apt. is perfect for short to long-term stays, with a unique blend of laidback island relaxation urban luxury with your own terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. This studio apt. is just minutes away from all points in Masbate city. So come make some memories at this unique studio that is a family-friendly place. Sleeps up to two adults and two children.
Additional: The livingroom can sleep two extra people.
The space
The apt is equipped with a small terrace (shaded in the evening), a split unit 1-HP AC, a cooling fan, free WIFI, all new appliances: a microwave, hot water kettle, rice cooker, full cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishware, flatware, cups, glasses, tea and coffee. There is also a nearby laundry that our guests can avail. Note: This apt. does have a pullout bed for children.
Additional: A pocket WIFI unit for use around the city is also available for a small daily usage fee. Meals can be arranged for delivery or cooked for you on the property. Just ask for a menu and price list after check-in.

The entire studio apt and grounds is fully accessibly to our guests and their guests.

The property is peacefully quiet and has full security with 5-meter high walls, a locked steel gate, a frontside security camera and full night lighting. The apt is just a few minutes walk to nearby to the center of the city. The Masbate Airport, Masbate City Hall, Masbate Social Center Park, hospital, schools, colleges, local shops, LCC, Gaisano, Masbate Port, local coffee shops, restaurants and bars are all just minutes away from the property. You can use tricycles, motorbikes or your car to be in all parts of the city within just a few minutes from this property.
Additional: Early check-in or check-out may be available , contact co-host. Assistance is also provided for a car and driver service that is available for trips outside the city, and a motorbike rental service for use around the city if needed.
