Our host, Denis, was great! Temps dropped to -40s and house door locks would not work. He remotely opened the garage door and saved the day! Then the next day, Denis stopped by to make sure we were all good.The house is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the house was a 5 min drive to visit our family in Fairbanks. Would stay there again!

Sufficient space and a clean, heated garage were major advantages—especially for clearing snow. The location was also great, with downtown and plenty of restaurants just a short distance away.

Appreciated every aspect of our stay. The check in process and communication were perfect. The property was as described, incredibly clean and very, VERY comfortable. We each independently remarked about the extremely comfy beddings and mattress in each of our rooms. Coffee and associated supplies were also appreciated. We left for the rest of our trip with clean clothes after using the washer and dryer.

Amazing house!

I had no idea what to expect being from several thousand miles away. But our travel agent found this one and we were amazingly happy with it! Plenty of room and everything stocked and user friendly. I would definitely book this again!

Perfect for a family

Clean and open home with everything you need for a week stay. Beds were very comfortable. When we come back, we'll look to reserve this place on another trip.

Wonderful place.

Nice place, quiet community

New home, well stocked and spacious, close to everything. A little miscommunication about check in but resolved quickly. Shoes are not allowed in the house which makes it a bit difficult if travelling with those who need to sit down to put on shoes.

Home as advertised

We had a wonderful stay at this town home! It was spacious and beyond clean. The owner was responsive to all of our questions. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. In back and on the side there are large empty fields for viewing the aurora.

Great Duplex on the East edge of town with everything you need!

We had a great stay! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex is a newer build with new amenities inside and the owner has thought of everything. The garage made it easy to keep the car snow-free and warm. Plenty of closet space for boots and coats in the main area and a full sized washer and dryer (with detergent available) so you do not have to overpack. We were able to see the Northern Lights from the backyard one night because it is on the edge of town. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and appliances you would need and the host even provides an array of snacks, bottled water, coffee, and hot chocolate for your stay. Plenty of towels and extra blankets as well, along with a large, cozy living area to hang out in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and you cannot hear people on the other side at all. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Fairbanks northern lights

The property was well located. It was very clean with some extra coffee and snacks. Plenty of fresh towels. There was an attached garage which was very convenient with the cold weather.The host was very responsive when we had trouble with the wifi and even when i just had a few questions about the area. I would highly recommend.

Perfect House & Location

House is exactly as pictured. Easy access to roads and home with keypad and garage door app. Heated garage was such a luxury. Kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of towels & closet space. Love the view from back bedrooms, saw a moose the first day! Only con was all the pillows had no support, we stopped at WM and got some firm pillows to use & left with house. Would definitely stay here again on our next Northern Lights adventure.

Do not stay overpriced& dirty

Owner is very rude, I own short term rentals and never in a million years would I act as greedy as he did. Place is over priced and not worth the money. There is better places near by including the hotels.
