Nearly every room in the house has a beautiful view of the Tetons. 3 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 full bathrooms mean there is plenty of room to stretch out in this well-appointed space. With a back porch, a generous fenced-in yard, and a brand-new hot tub, all with unobscured views of the mountains, guests can luxuriate indoors or out.
While we love all animals, we only allow dogs as members of our family are highly allergic to cats.

Please remember you are guests in a community that many make their permanent residence. It is important you are respectful and follow the same rules. Please read and abide!

- All lights must be turned off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our Valley
- Only 3 licensed vehicles parked per lot
- 3 dog limit
- 20 MPH on all roads around the house
- NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)
- Per the amenities section, there is no air conditioning which is common in our cool evening valley
- Our valley is growing, so construction projects may occur in the neighborhood and in site of the home
