Luxury Mid-century Condo, Cozy & Fully Remodeled. Stocked with Many Extras!

We have setup our Condo to be a home away from home for the business traveler or couple looking to get away. Relax for the evening on our balcony that overlooks Turner Park, enjoy fine furnishings including a very comfortable couch & bed. So many sights to see in the neighborhood. Many delicious dining choices within a few blocks, many bars, shops and a dine-in theater. Easily accessible from the interstate but far enough away where you can relax and sleep-in utilizing our room darkening shades. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Just bring your clothes and enjoy what we have provided for your convenience including, bottled water, coffee, tea, fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, a crock pot, plates, cups, etc. We have excellent water pressure as well if you want to take a hot shower after a busy day and slip into one of 2 robes and slipper sets that we provide.

An amazing place!! Everything was 1st class. Comfy bed, beautiful layout, very clean, and convenient location. Loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It was also very close to downtown Omaha with lots of good restaurants. Communication with host was great as well who always answered any questions we had pretty quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

The apartment itself was super cute and clean (just a little dusty in some areas) and it had everything you could possibly need. The location was absolutely perfect for the activitie we had planned. Communication was excellent! Would stay here again!

Omaha!

Matt and April were very attentive hosts. Emailed often to check on us. Their place is very cute and clean. We also enjoyed the deck with the pretty lights in the evening. We would definitely choose this property again if our daughter decides to go to Creighton next fall!

Super Great Space!

We had such a great time at this VRBO. Location was perfect and walkable to many shops and restaurants. The space was super clean and cozy. Check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. All of the extra snacks were such a great bonus and were much appreciated after a long day. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back when we visit Omaha!

Lovely city apartment

Lovely and well appointed apartment in an historic building in mid-town Omaha. Location is excellent for walking to a nice park, shops, restaurants and bars. Parking permit allows parking right outside the building. Check-in was a breeze and building feels very safe and secure. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well decorated with many amenities. An added bonus is the outdoor balcony space. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo with a great vibe!

What a great Condo this is! It has everything you need to make you feel right at home! The hosts have thought of everything, from snacks to kitchen appliances. It’s close to many restaurants, gyms, grocery stores and many other great Omaha landmarks! The check in/out process is super easy as well. Matt and April are amazing at keeping everything on track, as well as super communicative ! I know that the next time I’m in Omaha, this will be my first choice !

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Very well appointed. The hosts thought of everything and responded immediately to any questions. Gave helpful information about local restaurants, etc. Fantastic deck for relaxing with a glass of wine and the sunsets there beyond the Anerican flag in the park are phenomenal.

Excellent Stay!!

The apartment is just so charming. It’s unbelievable how they found this balance between feeling very luxurious and fancy and yet so comfortable and inviting. A lot of little details were thought of to make you feel more at home which I appreciate. Everything was very clean, soft, and well thought out. The location is really amazing. It’s so unique to be able to have a little balcony without anyone overlooking it. Excellent communication. I would definitely stay again!

Great location

The condo is stylish and clean and in a great location close to good restaurants and other things to do. Hosts provided easy directions for accessing the property and parking was convenient. Would stay here again!

Beautiful apartment

This place was very clean and the decor is beautiful. The bed and the couch and both very comfortable. The owner answered literally within minutes. Great communication. I would love to stay here again.

Nice condo near Creighton Campus

The condo is very updated, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen has all supplies and owners provided coffee and some snacks. Bathroom has everything you need and a few extra touches. Couch large and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Owners were great and communication was excellent. The outside of property is older and the hallways do smell of smoke, not owners fault. The actual condo does NOT smell of smoke and you can't smell the hallway once inside. We would definitely rent again.
