A peaceful escape the whole family can enjoy. This spacious condo has 2 private bedrooms, accompanied by two full bathrooms. The open kitchen dining and living area is extremely invigorating. A home fulfilling all your daily needs. Have an extra guest, the couch pulls out to a sofa bed. The central marina location allows for walking to the marina and a short drive to the beach. Close proximity to Lax airport, Santa Monica, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Downtown, and Hollywood.

The apartment is lovely, very clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 children staying, and other family members visited. Plenty of space for all. I was very pleased by how well the kitchen was equipped. The location is convenient to (grocery) shopping, restaurants, and the marina. (Beaches are not walking distance.) The host was great with communicating, answering our questions almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Nice place for short stays

Spacious and clean appartement. Parking space very convenient and near elevator. Washing machine and airconditionnning are noisy but apart from that it a good place to stay for a couple of days days.

All around wonderful!

Loved this place! Clean, comfortable, great view and great location to spend a week taking day trips around SoCal. Walkable to restaurants, and the beach. The balcony overlooking the boats is a great place to relax. Host was so responsive - we felt at home in no time.

A most wonderful place to stay

Well what can I say!! This place is amazing. It’s comfortable, spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, convenient to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool area was gorgeous and great after a day of sightseeing. Jenny was the perfect host and provided us with brilliant check in videos of where to park and how to find the apartment. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. An absolute gem of a place.

This is the one you want. Right on the marina so you can watch people on their boats as they get ready to go out. Great angle to see both sunrise and sunset. Walkable to everything. If we go back, we will stay here again for sure.

Amazing!

Very nice condo, lots of amenities, within walking distance of restaurants. Please follow the hosts driving instructions, when putting address into GPS it tries to take you to the front entrance, not the parking garage. Host is an absolute dream, answered the phone when I had check in problems, and again when we got lost, & on Super Bowl Sunday even!!! Would definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

I stayed here with my sister and my dog over 4th of July weekend. The condo is very clean and spacious with a minimum of the design clutter you often find in vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked pans, utensils etc. for any cooking. The location was easy walk to Starbucks, Ralph’s Grocery, Trader Joe’s and a number of restaurants. The adjacent neighborhood was great for dog walking. We had a good view of the Marina fireworks but happily minimal firecracker noise. Lincoln Street road noise is constant but quickly becomes white noise. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone seeking to beat the heat. Easy drive to local beaches was also a plus.

Nice short term rental due to displacement

We were recently displaced from our home for several weeks due to the Pacific Palisades wildfire. We decided to go to the Marina del Rey area, as it was far enough from the fires that air quality might be better. This apartment was perfect for us - husband, teen daughter and small dog. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was adequate (I did bring my own knives and a couple of higher quality pans), and we enjoyed having laundry available. TVs are streaming only, so if you want local channels or news, perhaps a Youtube TV subscribtion would be warranted, which is what we did. The only downfall is that there is only one fob to enter the garage, which was an inconvenience. My husband has a different work schedule, plus with my daughter's late night dance, I always had to be available to let them into the garage at night. I was ready to offer to pay for another key fob it was so maddening, but per host, the building only allows one garage opener per unit, even though there are two parking spots. The code to garage rarely worked, and when it did, it only opened the first gate and not the second, so you couldn't get to the assigned parking. I think if you have more than one driver, this is something that really needs sorted out, but if you are just visiting or vacationing and only have one rental car, you should be fine. The neighborhood felt safe and I enjoyed walking in the neighbor hood. Also enjoyed all the restaurants and grocery that was nearby. Overall a good stay.
