🧸LIVING SPACE
The great room features vaulted ceilings, plush leather sofas, a Chromecast TV, a cozy gas log fireplace, and a convenient powder room. The living space is adorned with captivating works from local artists, creating a vibrant and uplifting ambiance.

🧸KITCHEN
The fully equipped chef's kitchen is a delight for entertaining, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a spacious granite countertop island, and high-end cabinets. It is thoughtfully stocked with an array of essentials, including a variety of bowls, plates, utensils, mugs, cups, glasses, measuring cups, and even a rolling pin. Additionally, you'll find all the necessary kitchen tools and appliances, including a pressure cooker, kettle, instant pot, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, Keurig, and NINJA blender.

🧸DINING AREA
Gather around the artistic dining table and hand-crafted wooden chairs. Adorned with captivating art paintings, the dining area provides a colorful backdrop for your meals. From here, step out onto the screened deck and enjoy a cup of coffee at the picnic table and chairs or simply immerse yourself in the hanging chair with a good book. Our dining table could comfortably accommodate 10+ people!

🧸BED&BATH
1. The primary ensuite: The spacious main bedroom on the main floor features double doors leading to a covered deck. It offers a king-size Sleep Number Mattress, a Roku TV, USB chargers and outlets on the nightstands, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and a separate shower.

2. Twin Bedroom (X2): Located upstairs by the open loft, these cute and rustic bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each room provides twin beds, and one of them also includes a double-size futon for additional accommodation.

3. Queen Bedroom (X2): Situated on the lower level, these bedrooms share a full bathroom. One bedroom showcases a retro and playful atmosphere with a Harley theme, while the other boasts a sleek and modern contemporary design. Both rooms are equipped with USB chargers and outlets conveniently placed on the nightstands, allowing for easy device charging and staying connected in a comfortable setting.

🧸LOFT
Upstairs, the open loft offers a comfy armchair overlooking the main floor, providing a cozy space to relax and unwind. It also features a designated working area with an adjustable chair and a printer for guest use.

🧸ENTERTAINMENT ROOMS & HOT TUB
The lower level offers a theater room with a 75" TV, a reading corner, a chess corner, and a game room with access to a lower deck and an outdoor hot tub! The game room features exciting amenities such as a foosball table, ping pong table, arcade game, and a convenient beverage fridge. A comfortable sofa set is also available, providing a cozy space to enjoy a selection of TV games. Step outside onto the lower deck, and you'll find a luxurious hot tub with 23 jets, accommodating up to 7 people. Indulge in the hot tub and rejuvenate while soaking in the serene mountain vistas. Be warned, once you experience the allure of the Cozy Bear Cabin, parting ways may be ‘unbearable’!
