1 Building 2 Lux Lofts - Great for Big Groups

Adventure into downtown Knoxville and reserve your stay in not one, but two Old City lofts. Private keypad access leads to a stairway shared by only these two amazing lofts.. Perfect for groups that want to spend time together but have their own spaces to retire to, these residences include their own individual kitchens, laundry areas, living rooms, and sleeping spaces. With unique details throughout, each home features stunning historic detail including repointed original brick masonry walls, plank wood flooring, boutique furnishings, and intentional decor.

Quaint and cozy, these newly refurnished spaces seamlessly blend of all the charm of the old with all the modern comforts of the new. Generously appointed and professionally decorated, these lofts have been designed to be your home away from home.

Nestled right in the middle of the Old City, the building is walking distance from everything downtown Knoxville has to offer, including restaurants, bars, and shops.

Our space is located next door to some of the most popular nightlife in the Old City. Please be aware that it can get quite lively on the weekends and some weekdays from 12am to 3am.

**As of 1/16/2025, the shops in our building are undergoing renovation. Guest may expect to hear normal construction noise during the day time, but construction will be ceased by the evening. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!**

You can use Uber, Lyft, KAT Bus, one of the free trolleys, or the time tested method of walking to get around if you prefer to not (or shouldn't) drive.

For your planning there are 25 steps that lead up to the second level of building where the studio is located.

This home is right in the heart of Knoxville’s nightlife (bars, clubs, restaurants), which is great for groups who want to be part of the action. You can walk out your door and into all of Knoxville’s finest bistros, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. There WILL be noise from the street, people, the train (which goes behind the building and through the Old City), etc. On weekends you will hear music from the clubs. We supply ear plugs and noise machines in the loft. During the week, the outside noise is usually light; however, weekends can be very active up until 3 am when bars close.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: There is a security cameras located on the exterior of the lofts facing the shared stairwell. This is considered a common area. Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located ONLY at the shared stairwell.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $500 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
