The location of the home is perfect for exploring all of Rosemary with ease. The floor plan is ideal for a family to enjoy a large open living area on the 1st floor and courtyard, then retire to well-appointed suites upstairs. Each suite features cotton towels and bedding, room darkening shades, storage space, TVs, and ensuite baths.

The gourmet kitchen flows to the dining and living areas gracefully, ensuring everyone feels connected. The spacious living area is bathed in natural light, thanks to the triple set of French doors. Floor to ceiling curtains are available if you desire more privacy or even want to sink into the couch for an afternoon nap.

This location is perfect! You can walk or bike to the Sky Pool, Fitness Center, Racquet Club, and shopping and dining in the middle of Rosemary in under 2 minutes. Hop on the bikes and be at the beach in 2 minutes. We recommend Walkover C, but you are within a 3-minute bike ride to several beach access points. Set up beach service for the most luxurious of experiences.

A family vacation isn't complete without your beloved pup. Found My Zen is pet-friendly for one non-shedding dog 30 pounds or lighter and payment of a non-refundable pet fee. (Must be approved prior to arrival by Exclusive 30A. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction without refund).

The 30A area is continually growing and evolving. As a result, nearby construction, renovations, or public works projects may occur during your stay for arrivals January 5 - February 27, 2026. While we strive to provide an exceptional experience, these activities are beyond our control. Refunds or discounts cannot be offered for construction-related noise, disruptions, or changes in views.
