And, if you're a foodie, you're in luck because our home is surrounded by amazing restaurants, food courts, juice/smoothie bars, bars, beer gardens and cigar bars. Need a trim or a pampering session? Just take a stroll to one of the many barber shops, hair/nail salons or spas in the area.

We're thrilled to have you stay with us, but we need to lay down the law. The listing price covers two lucky guests, but if you want to invite your whole crew, it's gonna cost you 10 bucks a head per night. Don't say we didn't warn you!

Now, we know life can throw us some curveballs, and if a pesky appliance decides to act up during your stay, we'll do our best to fix it pronto. But let's be real, we're not miracle workers, and sometimes things take longer than we'd like. Please bear with us, and we promise to get everything ship-shape as soon as possible.

Here's the thing, electricity doesn't come cheap in the Dominican Republic. We're all for living the good life and cranking that A/C, but if you go overboard, you'll be hit with an extra fee. The average energy usage is 12Kwht per day, so please be mindful and avoid breaking the bank. Otherwise, we'll be charging you an arm and a leg - or rather, 30 cents per Kwht. Yikes!

Last but not least, if you're the type to forget your towel or phone charger, we've got you covered - for a price. Missing items like these will be subject to additional charges, so try not to leave anything behind or replace it with ours. We'd hate for you to have to dip into your vacation fund to cover the cost of a lost remote.

Our guests have access to the entire home with the exception of our locked storage closets.
And if that wasn't enough, El Bravo supermarket and El Nacional supermarket are only a 5 minute walk away, while La Sirena is only 3 minutes away. Hospitals and clinics are just 5 minutes away and you'll find a grocery store and pharmacy right across the street. And if you're worried about getting to the airport on time, no sweat, it's just 15 minutes away!


Welcome to our spacious home! We have 2 bedrooms, each with their own air conditioning, and one of the bedroom even comes with a recliner! You'll also have 1 1/2 bathrooms, a massive fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with Samsung washer and dryer, dining room, living room and a breezy balcony where you can sit back and relax in one of our four comfortable rocking chairs.

And that's not all, we provide you with Smart TV’s in every bedroom and living room which connect to your favorite app such as Netflix, YouTube, Disney plus etc. We also have hi-speed internet, local cable service, 2 private parking spots and 24 hour security. So come stay with us and enjoy the best of everything!
