It’s the kind of spot where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy a calm atmosphere — while still being close enough to hop into the city when you want to explore. It’s truly a cozy little corner of Charlotte.

One of my favorite features is the cute front porch area on the side of the home — perfect for morning coffee, reading, or just hanging out and enjoying the quiet cul-de-sac setting. The overall feel of the home is inviting, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm.
