This review is hardly fair, I called you within 20 min of your original call. And to say I cared less is not true I gave you places that possibly had boat rentals available and you just wanted to fuss about how you didnt know when VRBO placed it in the description themselves. On the note of the air conditioner i have apologized for not being able to get someone out on the 4th of july you arrive at 5pm on the 3rd you texted me at 11pm on the 3rd if you had said something at 5 the Hvac guy himself said he would have been able to come out on the 3rd. There was a running ac in the upstairs and several fans too move the fair we were at the houseboat at 930 am on the 4th to trouble shoot after you said you had mashed every button on the control after being instucted not too. And nobody ever accused you if breaking the door knob however I was at the houseboat at 11am the day of your arrival and the ac was working and the door handle didnt fall apart when I used them key to open it. So in all fairness we went above and beyond to accomodate you i have all communication thru text messege and this review is impartial. I am sorry your didnt see that your needed a boat in the description and that then A/c coil had a pinhole it is a brand new unit and that wasnt expected however the Hvac guy did fill it trying to get you through your stay unfortunately the freon didnt hold up but 24 hrs so we did them best we could and brought another window unit out. I am sorry your didnt enjoy yourselves we would love for you too give us another try thanks you sir your stay on Smillieface houseboat rental.
