This family home is located in the prestigious, peaceful Orange Tree community which is a couple of miles north on U.S. 27 from U.S. 192 and just over 10 minutes from Interstate 4.

It is 15 minutes from the gates of Disney World, 25 minutes from Universal and Sea World, and there are several golf courses within easy striking distance.

The spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is beautifully furnished - you can chill and relax here with the following:

Large family room with 65” smart tv in the main lounge and luxurious L-shaped 6 seater leather settee.

Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table/chairs.

Separate (more formal) dining room area.

Master bedroom with queen sized bed, new 32” smart tv and ensuite bathroom, which includes large corner bath and walk-in shower.

2nd master bedroom with new 32” smart tv and ensuite bathroom.

3rd & 4th bedrooms - both twin bedded - with a bathroom (with bath/shower) in between them.

For that extra sense of security there is a home alarm system, a fitted lockbox, and a child-safety fence in front of the pool (which can be removed as appropriate).

It benefits from having a wonderful private pool that is all screened in where you can relax. The pool deck area has a Lanai and lots of seating where you can enjoy the wonderful Floridian

It has a games room with a pool table, foosball, and air hockey.

Internet access throughout the property.

Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Pool and spa heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day.
