Everything is brand new and chosen specifically just for you! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will feel right at home with the stylish design and comfortable furnishings throughout this 2B/1B first floor unit.

Clean, well maintained property, exactly as advertised. Downtown and pretty much anywhere you would like to go is either a short walk or a short bus ride away.

Wonderful space, SO CLEAN! Great stay!

We had an amazing trip to Pittsburgh thanks to Frank’s home, at least in part! The location was easy to find, plenty of street parking, amenities were wonderful (although I think I left myself logged into Netflix - sorry Frank!), it was a dream, truly. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place in Pittsburgh!

Very nice, newly renovated

Interior is brand new, beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked wonderfully! It has ample space and patio. Something to note… there are steep steps to get into property.

Lovely place

I stayed here for a week. Inside was very nicely updated. I was pleasantly surprised of the upgrades. There was a bit of a smell in the foyer but the apartment was immaculate.

It was perfect

We had a great time at this place. Everything was just as advertised. Place was very neat and clean and easy to get to. About 10 mins from CMU. We had come to drop off our kid for college. We will be coming back often and will look for this place anytime it’s available. Thanks!

Adorable apartment

We came to Pittsburgh to visit our daughter and chose this place to stay. It’s very clean and nicely decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. The only downside was the steps to the front door. Just a heads up. Otherwise a great little place!

Great place, felt like home!

Very nice, clean, updated, in a residential neighborhood. Outside there are about 15 steps leading from the street level to the front door. This was not an issue for us, but you'd want to be aware of that. Parking space along the curb was easy to find. Kitchen area has updated appliances. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows available in the closet. The hardwood floors are in good condition, but with hardwood if there are tenants upstairs you will hear them moving around. Overall we were very satisfied with this rental.

Location, location, location!

If you are looking for a property that is convenient to everything this is your place! Literally every place we wanted to go to was ten minutes away. Street parking is readily available and the check in process was easy and accurate. The pictures match exactly what this property looks like. It was beautifully decorated and clean. As another reviewer mentioned the steps outside are steep so you would need to make sure you are mobile. I was a little surprised at how busy the street was. Traffic was continuous and for us it took a little bit to get used to the noise in the front bedroom to fall asleep. I am not sure if it was due to the humidity (it was unseasonably warm when we visited) but the bathroom door and the back bedroom door would not stay closed or catch in the doorframe. We had to put something in front of the door to keep it closed. All in all I would recommend this property to someone else.

Just wondering if you happened to open the window during the night due to the warmth of the weather? We will send someone to take care of the bathroom door issue shortly - you may consider it's done. Security Issue!!!!

We had just arrived to the place and were settling in when a man let himself in using the keypad security code to the front door that was given to us the day before. He walked right in, went to one of the bedrooms and looked for something he said he left behind that morning and walked out within a minute or so. I asked if he was the owner of the place and he said no, I was the previous renter. We were very confused on how he was able to enter the front door so we caught up with him outside and questioned him. He showed me the code he used and sure enough it was the same code that we were given by the owner. I contacted the owner immediately after that and told him what had happened - over voicemail of course. So we didn't feel comfortable leaving the place knowing that someone else had access to it so we we waited to hear back from the owner. 90 min later he called us back and completely lied about what had happened with the front door key code. As it turned out, he never changes the front door key code inbetween renters bc it is an inconvenience to do so. So we then waited another 30 min for someone to come to change the code before we felt comfortable leaving our things behind. So needless to say our night was delayed considerably. He said he was going to look into putting different locks on the doors that he can change the code remotely but who knows if that has happened. If I were you, I would be very skeptical about staying at this place.
