Great home base for a Seattle Vacation

Nice quiet neighborhood with no traffic. Sitting on the front porch watching the bay and a bald eagle cruised by!! The planes can get a little annoying but that’s the only drawback

Great location, lots of space. Beautiful view. House was clean and worked well for our family. The master bedroom and bath is nice, except there is no door on the master bath, which makes using the bathroom awkward if you are sharing the room with another person.

Charged us false charges

Host charged us an extra 1500 after stay when we left the property in good condition. There was no more than regular cleaning that needed to be done. This is unacceptable and we expect a refund.

The Perfect Seattle Home

Our family was in Seattle for a family wedding and this home was beautiful and fit all of us perfectly. It was clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and all amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home itself was in a beautiful location and each night we enjoyed sitting and seeing the stars. This was also conveniently located by the highway for ease of access to all of Seattle. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice

Had a wonderful time at the property. Easy to find and check in with no issues. Plenty of room for all our guests and everyone was comfortable. View was of Puget Sound was very nice!

Nice house

Nice house, easy check-in, lots of space for everyone, hot tub was great, the biggest con of the house was the air traffic. A planes took off every minute, the house is in the traffic pattern of takeoff and loud boosters. Very loud in the house until maybe 1 am. Easy to get everywhere from its central location though.

Tons of room, incredible view

Two living rooms, full kitchen, backyard for miles. We had everything we needed, place was clean and welcoming. My only disclosure is this beautiful property is in a major flight path.

Almost Perfect

Pros: - Lots of room with plenty of bedrooms and a big fenced yard, perfect for families. - Beautiful views - Short drive to Tacoma and Seattle. - Quick responses from the host - Cool parks nearby for beach trips and hikes. Cons: - The cleanliness was a big issue, especially with pet dander. Even though pets aren't allowed according to the listing, there was pet fur and a bit of a dog smell, which was tough for our friends with allergies. - The floors were dirty, and it seemed like they hadn't cleaned under the furniture or rugs in a while. - The info book was helpful but missed some basics, like when trash day is, which left us guessing. Bins indoors for food waste and recycle would have also been helpful. - There weren't enough linens or washcloths for a house that fits 12 people, so we chose to buy extras. - Only having two TVs was a bit of a bummer, especially for a big group. It would've been nice to have more for downtime. - The dining area and main floor were lacking in seating. With just a small table and not enough couches or chairs, it felt a bit sparse. - Couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC. We were ok with windows open but instruction were needed. Overall, the house has lots of good points, like the location and size, but needs some work on cleanliness and providing more info. The host was helpful and very responsive but no one wants to spend their vacation constantly contacting someone, so we were ok with dealing with most things on our own.

Weekend trip with the family

The house and its view are beautiful! There's so much space for all of us to sleep and for the kids to play together. Just a heads up on a few things we experienced during our stay: - We never received check-in details and had to follow up even an hour before check-in. They weren't too responsive to my messages, so I ended up having to call to inquire. - The cleaning crew left the BBQ on, which we noticed when we went to check it out before heading out for groceries (we had already been there for at least an hour). - The property managers came by the next morning as they weren't sure of the reservations, but we did have it booked for that night as well. - While there is plenty of space and rooms, the dining table only seats 4 and there are no bar stools available. - For those concerned about privacy, just a heads up that the windows on the main floor don't have any blinds or curtains, including the room on the first floor. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Just a few minor things to keep in mind for future guests!

Nice View, open floor plan

We enjoyed our stay. The house is near the airport so airplane noise was significant, especially noticed in the master bedroom in the late evening and early morning. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked. There were 9 of us and it would have been nice to have a larger table that could have seated all of us. The hot tub was enjoyable. The view is lovely. Lovely Place, Well Priced

While not right on the water, the view is lovely and it is a short walk to nearby parks on the water. SO nice to have 4 bedrooms... 3 of which have comfortable king sized beds, and one with double bed bunks. Nice. They also have a rollaway and two couches. The hot tub was well maintained, easy access, nice and hot, and they had separate beach towels.The yard is HUGE... I think it would be great in the summertime, especially if you have kids. There's plenty of parking. There was a desk/office/printer upstairs which would be nice if you work remotely. We would have preferred some sort of game table like pingpong or foosball, but we brought plenty of board games. The dining room is spacious and could easily use a larger table than the seating for 6 that they have, as the bar stools pictured were not there. They could use a couple more pots and pans, but otherwise the kitchen was well appointed and laid out. Plenty of linens/towels, and cleaning/laundry supplies. I couldn't find a broom tho... huh? The wifi was weak, but there is 5G so we just turned it off our phones. Overall, a great place and a good price. We had plenty of room and had a blast. Thank you!
