Relax in our cozy riverfront cabin in the Aska Adventure Area. Wake to the sounds of the Toccoa River and explore hiking, tubing, rafting, and kayaking nearby. 🌟 Stay at our spacious 3-story cabin with direct river access located in front of the house.
🌟 The main level offers an open-concept living room, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a dining area, two queen bedrooms with a shared bath, and a wrap-around porch for dining and relaxation.
🌟 The upstairs loft includes a game table, pull-out couch, TV, and a master suite with a king bed, private bath, and balcony.
🌟 The lower level features a game room with a pool table, kitchenette, TV, pull-out couch, king bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room.
🌟 Unwind in the hot tub on the downstairs porch!

Access:
🌟 You will have access to all three floors of the cabin 🌟
🌟 Enjoy amenities such as the grill, washer and dryer, hot tub, and river access.
🌟 Please note that the indoor gas fireplaces are operational from October to April.
🌟 Propane for the grill is provided from March to September. Outside these months, you may still use the grill but may need to refill the propane, available at Home Depot.
🌟Please note that the upstairs balcony is safe for children, yet we advise keeping an eye on kids while on the porch to avoid injury due to the height of the porch.
🌟Please note that there are chairs located downstairs that guests can take down to the river. Please make sure chairs are brought back after being used.

We love to chat or text message. We respect guests` privacy but do love it when guests reach out to us. Available for guests` needs at any time - it is our mission to make your stay as memorable as possible!

Neighborhood overview:
In the heart of Aska Adventure, a charming Toccoa River neighborhood. Close to the Lily Pad, Toccoa River Restaurant, hiking, tubing, and just 8 miles from vibrant downtown Blue Ridge.

Listing transit:
* We have a steep driveway with parking for 3 cars on the flat landing. You can walk to the Lily Pad, offering gem mining, mini golf, and fishing. Just 2 hours from Atlanta airport.
* No Uber or Lyft is available.

Listing notes:
🌟 Due to the severe allergies of the owner, pets are not allowed. There is a no refund cancellation if not honored.

🌟 We have a STEEP paved driveway and then have 3 places for cars to park. Do not park on river road.

🌟 We do not provide firewood, and the gas fireplace is open from October to April. Firewood can be found at Ingles or Home Depot nearby.

🌟 Bugs and critters live in the mountains, so please keep doors closed when enjoying the three different levels of porches.

🌟 Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM on the river road. Please be aware that sound amplifies on the river.

🌟 Hot Tub and Safety Regulations:
* Guests are asked to shower before entering the hot tub.
* No glass, pets, or smoking in or near the hot tub.
* Children must be supervised at all times near the hot tub, fire pit, and lake dock.
* The hot tub must be covered when not in use.

🌟 You have full access to the two outdoor trash bins. All trash must be bagged—no loose items—and should not be left outside the bins, as this can attract animals. If animals scatter trash due to improper disposal, you will be responsible for the cleanup.
We’re fortunate to have weekly trash service. If the bins are full upon your arrival, you may take excess trash to:

Please note that we will inform you of the scheduled pickup day during your stay.

⭐ The river level can go up or down depending on the weather. Sometimes it’s high and flowing fast, other times it’s lower and more mellow. We can’t predict it, so just something to be aware of during your stay!

⭐Swim at your own risk!!

⭐ We provide a starter supply of essentials to last approximately 4 days — just to help you settle in comfortably.

⭐ Please note: There are outdoor security cameras on the property for insurance and safety purposes. These are owner-operated and located only on the exterior.

2. All dishes must be cleaned. A dishwasher is available, but no dirty dishes should be left in the sink or on the counters.
3. Please make sure to cover the hot tub after each use. Food, glass, and beverages are not permitted in the hot tub.
