**Please note our apartment is next door to our main house. It has a separate entrance on the left side of the driveway behind a privacy screen. The apartment does not share any amenities or access to the pool, backyard, with the main house to keep the experience private for both unit's guests. Extensive sound proofing has been completed to great success for the shared walls, allowing for a restful retreat in the apartment.

Guest Access:

The last 500 yards is a crushed granite road that may be a little bumpy. As long as you are driving carefully 10mph, sedans do not have a problem accessing the property. Our cleaners drive sedans several times per week and never have an issue. We recommend entering the street across the street from Black Rock State Park to shorten the drive on this country road.



Please note the sign for apartment parking on the gravel drive. Take care not to block in or get blocked in by other guest by parking on the concrete driveway.



Access door to the apartment is on the left side of the driveway behind a privacy screen. Do not enter the Main house porch or backyard.



The Neighborhood:

Flanked by ranches on both sides, you may see some uneven roads and some quintessential Texan Longhorns on the neighboring ranch.
