Get cozy and settle in with a glass of wine at the breakfast bar or enjoy a few laughs around the dining table. Two living areas mean there is space for the kids to gather downstairs for a movie or board game while adults socialize. When it's time to turn in, there are comfortable beds with Temperpedic mattresses and high-quality bedding for a great night's rest. Get ready to fuel up and hit the slopes again in the morning!

This unit is a slopeside condominium with ski access to Okemo Mountain. Located mid-mountain, skiiers of varying levels will be able to access the slopes according to their comfort level. Ski down to the beginner A/B quad or ski across to the summit chair (the Sunburst Six, AKA the "Bubble.") Access to the trail is just a short walk across the parking lot (literally 1 minute away - we timed it!)

Suzanne and her assistant, Kristen live in Ludlow minutes away from Okemo and are available 24/7 while you are here. Please reach out during your stay with any concerns or questions. We leave a book in your unit with recommendations for local activities, dining etc. You can check out our website for events as well.
Ludlow is the heart of Okemo Valley - we are primarily a ski town and winter is our busiest season but we are truly a four season location with activities and events all year long. Okemo Mountain has consistently been recognized for its snow-making expertise and its family-friendly environment. Lots of great restaurants make dining out a pleasure. Come stay and play!
Your stay includes parking at your unit. Accommodations allow for easy access to the ski trail. The village of Ludlow is a short drive from Okemo Mountain and there is a shuttle bus that runs from the mountain to town.
Okemo now offers ticketless lift access with their "RealEasy" card.

RENTAL RULES
14 DAYS: Property is available to rent for a maximum of 14 days per calendar year only.
SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. Parking pass are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in.
OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.
PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are necessary and will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car.
Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter’s expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.
CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.
FIREPLACE USAGE: Is permitted. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace – this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.
INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.
CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.
PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.
