《As basic information on this room》
-Floor&Kitchen space was renovated in 2023
-Full-Furnished with:
One Queen size bed, Desk, chair, floor light, AC.

-Basic kitchenware：
Dishes, Glasses, Silvers, Refrigerator, Toaster, French Press coffee maker, Microwave.
＊There is No stove for cooking.

-Bath amenities:
Bath towel(one@guest), Shampoo&Conditioner, Body Soap, Toilet paper, Hair dryer.
*No tooth blush, hair brush, shaver etc.
*We don't change your towel, bed sheets during your stay.

If you stay longer than 14nights, 2 towels are provided to each guest.
If you stay 13 nights or shorter, 1 towel is provided to each guest

-Private room:
This studio room is perfectly for you. You don't need to share bath room kitchen space with other guests in your room.

*Guests have to go to laundromat outside this building(3-4mins) if guests need.


【Other Very Important Notes before booking】
This room is NOT in HOTEL, HOTEL COND ROOM.
This condominium is normal condominium for mainly residence(*Airbnb is permitted).
So there is no hotel service like daily clean, 24hours front desk, leaving your luggages etc.
If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this condominium is difficult to meet your expectations.

＊＊This bedroom is FACING TO MAIN STREET, Kuhio Ave＊＊
Cars and many people pass this street a whole day.
And, this unit is on 3FL.
So if you are sensitive about it, this room may not be good for you.

・Quiet hour begins at 10:00pm in Honolulu. I would like cooperation for the neighborhood.
・No party, No Smoking, No Drugs

-Full names of all guest who will be staying
-All guest's Phone number & Emergency contact(Name, Relationship, phone number)
It is because this building management request those and building uses it for building safety purpose.This info is not for us.
So, if we can not get those info and register, GUESTS CAN NOT check-in and stay here.

《When guests arrive, all guests must register at the building security desk》
All guests must register with a valid Photo ID at security desk when check-in.
If guests do not finish the registration, guests might be ordered to move out and pay fines by the building management & security.

≪Late check-out≫
until 12:30pm, late check out fee is $30+Tax
until 2:30pm, late check out fee is $60+Tax
after 2:30pm, late check out fee is 1 night fee
＊You may not able to do late check-out because of next guests.
So If late check-out is important for you to make a reservation, please be sure to ask me if they are possible at first before sending your request.
