The Space:

A mix of chic, contemporary and classic design. This home has everything a friendly traveler to the Austin area could want. Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable furnishings, resort style sleeping spaces, an awesome private pool & hot tub plus it is just minutes away from all that Austin has to offer. If you are looking for an amazing staycation, this home has it all. The home has 6 beds plus a sleeper sofa & a couch and can sleep up to 15 people. The living room is a pullout the one in the game room is a futon



The primary suite has a private and large ensuite bath with a large walk in shower. The room itself offers a lush, king sized mattress with huge windows to watch a Texas sunset. The other 3 bedrooms all have resort style bedding. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a convertible sofa in the game room. Please note that the 4th bedroom/game room is a converted garage.



There is a large, fully equipped chefs kitchen adjoined to the open living space next to the incredible outdoor area. The backyard offers plenty of seating with a massive pool/hot tub area, grill and covered patio.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on the east side of Round Rock not too far from downtown. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and clean.

★ 25 minutes drive to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

★ 6 minutes drive to Round Rock Town Centre



Getting Around:

Car, ride share, bicycle and walking are all effective modes of transportation depending on where you need to go! Diverse transportation options are available in every neighborhood across the city. Whether you're commuting to work or searching for fun activities and restaurants, there is an option out there that fits your need!



Other Things to Note:

The 4th bedroom/game room is a converted garage. It’s fully finished, comfortable, and a great space to relax—just something to keep in mind 😊



⚠️ Important Pool Notice

• Pool heating is not available. If the heater is turned on, a $500 fee will be applied.

• Weekly pool maintenance is performed without prior notice to ensure the water stays clean and well-maintained.



📬 Mailbox Use

The mailbox is reserved for the homeowner. Please make alternative arrangements for receiving any personal mail or packages.



🗑️ Trash Guidelines

• If there is extra trash that doesn’t fit inside the bins, it may require special removal and could incur an additional fee.

• To help avoid this, please ensure all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.

• Please dispose of waste in the correct bins—trash placed in recycling or compost may result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
