A mix of chic, contemporary, and classic design, this home has everything a traveler to the Austin area could want. With plenty of room for everyone, resort-style sleeping spaces, and an awesome private pool and hot tub, it is just minutes away from all that Austin has to offer.



Sleeping Arrangements:



Bedroom 1: Primary suite with a lush King bed and large ensuite bath.

Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen bed with resort-style bedding.

Bedroom 3: Two Double beds—perfect for sharing.

Bedroom 4 (Game Room): Bunk bed plus a futon. Note: This room is a converted garage.

Common Area: The living room features a pull-out queen sofa sleeper.



The primary suite offers huge windows to watch a Texas sunset and a walk-in shower. All bedrooms feature high-end linens for a resort feel. Between the 6 beds, the sleeper sofa, and the futon, the home comfortably sleeps up to 15 people.



The heart of the home is a large, fully equipped chef’s kitchen adjoined to the open living space. Step outside to an incredible backyard featuring a massive pool/hot tub area, grill, covered patio, and plenty of seating. Whether you are looking for an amazing staycation or a base to explore the city, this home has it all.

The Neighborhood:

This home is located on the east side of Round Rock not too far from downtown. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and clean.

★ 25 minutes drive to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

★ 6 minutes drive to Round Rock Town Centre



Getting Around:

Car, ride share, bicycle and walking are all effective modes of transportation depending on where you need to go! Diverse transportation options are available in every neighborhood across the city. Whether you're commuting to work or searching for fun activities and restaurants, there is an option out there that fits your need!



Other Things to Note:

The 4th bedroom/game room is a converted garage. It’s fully finished, comfortable, and a great space to relax—just something to keep in mind 😊



⚠️ Important Pool Notice

• Pool heating is not available. If the heater is turned on, a $500 fee will be applied.

• Weekly pool maintenance is performed without prior notice to ensure the water stays clean and well-maintained.



📬 Mailbox Use

The mailbox is reserved for the homeowner. Please make alternative arrangements for receiving any personal mail or packages.



🗑️ Trash Guidelines

• If there is extra trash that doesn’t fit inside the bins, it may require special removal and could incur an additional fee.

• To help avoid this, please ensure all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.

• Please dispose of waste in the correct bins—trash placed in recycling or compost may result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
