Nestled in the heart of Union Pier, these 4 exquisite cottages offer a blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, ensuring an unforgettable stay. The resort features a 20' x 40' inground pool, communal fire pit, and easy access to the serene beaches of Lake Michigan.
This listing is for all 4 Townie Cottages combined to sleep a total of 22 guests. Reserving here means you will have the entire resort to yourself. Please see Juniper Holiday + Home’s other listings to reserve an individual cottage.

Townie 1 - The Ivy sleeps 4. It has 1 king bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom has both a tub and a separate shower.
Townie 2 - The Sage sleeps 6. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the secondary bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with the primary featuring a shower/tub combo.
Townie 3 - The Moss sleeps 6. There is one queen bedroom, and the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed with 2 additional twin beds. The bathroom has a large shower, dual sinks, and is shared by both bedrooms.
Townie 4 - The Fern is a 2-story unit that sleeps 6. There is a sleeper sofa and powder room on the main floor. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms that share a large bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Stepping outside, you'll find beautifully landscaped grounds offering private outdoor seating. Each unit includes a hot tub, outdoor shower, and golf cart parking space. The cottage resort of 4 separate homes shares a 20' x 40' inground pool, communal fire pit, and easy access to the serene beaches of Lake Michigan—just a stone’s throw away. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, the Townie Cottages Collection is your sanctuary for creating lasting memories.

Access to the beach is just a short trip away. The area is known for its mom-and-pop bakeries, destination design stores, woodsy gravel roads, and pristine Lake Michigan beach access. There are plenty of biking paths, vineyards, and distilleries within a short distance that draw families and couples from throughout the Midwest.

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.
The minimum age to rent the resort is 25.
The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
