Situated between Old River & the Gulf of Mexico, this condo features tons of amenities & is next to one of the best golf courses on the Gulf Coast! The Arnold Palmer designed championship golf course is challenging enough for the seasoned golfer, yet friendly for beginners & intermediate players. Best of all the beach is minutes away so you get the best of both worlds! During your stay you will have access to the Beach Club, giving you access to one of the best beaches on the entire emerald coast! The club offers food & beverages, seasonal beach service, a swimming pool with beachfront access, & locker rooms with shower facilities. Guests can get to the Beach Club by complimentary shuttle, jogging, or a 20-minute scenic walk.

You will be staying in the San Anton building & will have access to Site 18 Amenities (full gym, geothermal seasonally heated resort style pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen & grills), as well as the Beach Club and Beach Club pool. The San Anton building is next door to the Lost Key Golf Club which has its own restaurant. The Sunset Grille & the Oyster Bar are just outside the back gate and are an easy drive or walk away.

This 5th floor end unit is beautifully decorated & filled with natural light and beach touches throughout. There are AMAZING views! The living area features a spacious sectional sofa, large flat screen TV & balcony access! The large screened balcony overlooks the golf course & also provides views of Old River & the surrounding waterways. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Not to mention ending your day with a spectacular sunset over the bay! The open concept of the unit allows for easy entertaining. The dining room & breakfast bar seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, tons of counter & storage space & modern appliances.
The master suite will allow you to relax after a round of golf or day at the beach. There is a king bed with comfortable bedding, flat screen TV, balcony access & an en-suite bathroom. You can refresh & enjoy the large walk-in shower after a fun day at the beach. Double vanities & a toilet closet complete the en-suite. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed, quality mattress, soft bedding, flat screen TV & balcony access. The 3rd bedroom features twin beds, a work desk & a flat screen tv. There is a second full bath with tub/shower combo & single vanity.

You can watch the sunrise and the sunset! Watch an assortment of birds including bald eagles, ducks, osprey, blue herons, & geese from the back screened porch. The porch can be accessed through the master bedroom or living/dining area.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free).
