The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential.However, my overall experience was affected by a few important issues, mainly related to communication with the host and cleanliness.Communication with the host was inconsistent and often delayed. I had to modify my reservation and did not receive a timely response, which led to unnecessary stress and required Vrbo customer service to step in and contact the host on my behalf. Even during my stay, responses were not always prompt, and I often had to follow up more than once to get a reply. This made it difficult to feel fully supported as a guest.Cleanliness was another concern. While I understand this is a pet-friendly home, there was noticeable pet hair on the living room couch and on the rug in the dining area. It felt like the space had not been thoroughly cleaned before check-in. In addition, the bedsheets in the bedroom had visible stains, which was very uncomfortable and not what I expect from a Vrbo listing.I did reach out to the host regarding these issues, but again, communication was delayed, and I had to involve Vrbo customer service before anything was addressed.Overall, the home itself is beautiful and has strong potential, but the experience was impacted by poor communication and cleaning issues. With better attention to cleanliness and more responsive hosting, this property could offer a much better guest experience.I would recommend this property with caution based on my experience.
