The condo grounds are beautiful. It’s a small complex with 42 single-story units and a lovely pool. The location is excellent—an easy walk to the center of town and extremely convenient to restaurants, shops, museums, and spas.The condo itself is very nice and well supplied, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Ryan, the owner, is the most responsive host I’ve dealt with on VRBO.I would definitely rent this condo again.

Ryan’s place is EXCELLENT! Great location… friendly condo complex… every detail is thought of in the condo… even a yoga mat! We had an amazing stay there and hoping to go back. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering a stay. Ryan is also very easy to communicate with. Don’t think twice… GRAB IT!

Near Downtown Condo!

This is a great listing! We found it very easy to walk in and have the place stocked with all the basics you will need. Neighbors were friendly. Easy floor layout. Very quiet!

Magical oasis

Great place, great location, great owner. We have a small dog so it was ‘great’ being on one level. Layout perfect wiith common area easy to socialize whereas bedrooms had nice privacy. Location ideal, easy walk to restaurants, shopping, bars, casino, theatres, hiking etc. Pool 15 second walk from our unit. Our 6th time renting in PSP, a great stay!

Home away from Home

We have been staying at this condo for several years and consider it our home away from home. The condo is well equipped with everything one could need, it is clean and nicely decorated. The patio is large and private with seating for 8-10 people. The grounds and pool area are well maintained and lovely. Ryan quickly responded to a difficult issue that arose during our stay this year.

Excellent Home Away From Home

We loved our stay at this fabulous vacation rental!! The location was excellent and very walkable to downtown Palm Springs. The condo was immaculate and has everything you need to ensure an easy stay; full kitchen, comfy furniture, washer/dryer and an awesome coffee maker!! The pool area is wonderful and we met many friendly people also enjoying their time in this complex. We cannot say enough positive things about our time here. The host, Ryan, was exceptional. He checked in to make sure all was going well and responded quickly when we texted him. This condo enhanced our stay in Palm Springs. This lovely condo has a Palm Springs vibe and we highly recommend for it to ensure a great place to stay in beautiful Palm Springs!!

Happy in Palm Springs

This is the second year we have stayed at Ryan and James “magical oasis” and have enjoyed every minute both years. The condo is laid out and decorated in a very comfortable living style. It is equipped with all the amenities one could need for a short or long stay. Most everything is quite new and working well but Ryan responds quickly to any concerns or questions we have had. We are impressed at the cleanliness of the condo as well. The housekeepers do a very thorough cleaning between rental guests. The location of the condo is very close to the downtown area, an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and activities such as the weekly street fair. We are fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at this condo and look forward to future visits.
